2022

Limited to 67 games in the Twins and Phillies systems due to two stints on the injured list…began the season in the Twins organization and was traded to the Phillies on June 19 for cash.

2021

On the heels of a breakout season, appeared in 74 games and made 58 starts (28-3B, 21-2B, 9-SS) over three stints: Opening Day-June 14, June 19-July 29 and Sep 1 through season's end...His second stint included 33 games on the injured list for right knee inflammation…placed on the 10-day IL, retroactive to June 21…underwent arthroscopic surgery June 23 on his right knee to remove a loose body, performed by Dr. Koco Eaton in St. Petersburg…reinstated on July 30 and subsequently optioned to Triple-A Durham...Recorded a .344 OBP with 3 2B, 1 HR and 10 BB in 96 PA against left-handed pitching...Both homers came over a 3-game stretch from April 28-May 1…ended the season without one in his last 48 games and 125 AB, the longest droughts of his career by games and at-bats...Made his third straight Opening Day roster...On April 28 at BOS, his first homer of the season went over the Green Monster in left field and came against seven-time All-Star Chris Sale in the 1st inning, giving the Rays a 2-0 lead...On June 19 at NYY, pitched a scoreless 8th inning, the second pitching appearance of his career, both scoreless...Was on the roster for the AL Wild Card Game at OAK but did not play.

Recorded 8 RBI over a 5-game stretch, all starts, from June 15-19…outside of that span, totaled 11 RBI in his other 70 games (62 starts)... Ended the season hitless in his last 19 AB…hit .167/.355/.208 (4-for-24) in 9 games (8 starts) during his second stint with the Rays... Spent the season with Triple-A Durham, playing in 118 games…made 112 starts at three different infield positions (74-SS, 20-2B, 18-3B)...Did not commit an error in 98 total chances at 2B…had a .974 fielding pct. (304-TC, 8-E) at SS and a .942 fielding pct.
