2023

The Maryland native followed up his career best 2022 campaign with another dominant season in 2023, going 2-4 with a 2.05 ERA (14 ER/61.1 IP) and a career-high 24 saves while producing a 0.83 WHIP…ranked eighth in the National League in saves...Held batters to a .177/.233/.302 slashline and posted a 9.68 strikeouts per nine innings rate... Produced even better numbers after the All-Star break, going 1-1 with a 1.38 ERA (4 ER/26.0 IP) in 25 games compared to 1-3 with a 2.55 ERA (10 ER/35.1 IP)...In the NLDS, he made two appearances, firing 1.2 scoreless innings while striking out three Locked down 11 consecutive saves from July 29-Sept.16…did not give up an earned run in 13 straight appearances (Aug.9-Sept.20)…excelled with runners in scoring position, holding the opposition to a measly .140 average...fared better against righties, limited them to a .131 average compared to a .222 average against lefties...recorded a season-high four strikeouts on June 15 against Chicago-AL in two innings of work.

2021

Made stops at Triple-A Norfolk and Triple-A Durham before appearing in one game with Tampa Bay and later seven games with Los Angeles... Combined for a 1-1 record over eight games between the Rays and Dodgers, posting a 3.38 ERA (5 ER/13.1 IP) and 1.20 WHIP… struck out 11 batters and walked just five... Recorded his first save Aug. 13, 2021 against Minnesota as a member of Tampa Bay, firing 3.0 innings of one-run ball, striking out two…his 3.0 innings matched his career-high... Was tough against left-handed and right-handed batters, limiting the opposition to a .125 and .286 average respectively...Struck out two batters in five different games and did not allow a run in four of his eight relief appearances... Made his first Major League Postseason roster, pitching in two games for a total of 3.0 scoreless innings…allowed just one hit and struck out six... Appeared on his first career Opening Day roster; had four stints with the O's during the season … Earned his first career win on 8/2 vs. TB (1.0 IP, K) … Did not allow a run in nine-straight appearances (8/8-9/19), working 9.2 innings with seven hits, six walks, and 15 strikeouts during this stretch … Placed on the 10-day IL on 9/23 (right elbow inflammation), ending his season … His 12.56 SO/9 ratio ranked as the third-highest among O’s with at least 10.0 innings pitched … Struck out a career-high-tying four batters in two outings during the season (9/17 G2 vs. TB and 9/19 vs. TB); struck out multiple batters in six of his 14 appearances.

Recalled on 4/9 and made his season debut that night vs. OAK, working a career-high 3.0 shutout innings in relief and striking out a career-high four batters... Made eight different stints with the big league club throughout the season... Struck out 40 batters in 28.0 innings with the Orioles, averaging 12.86 SO/9... Struck out multiple batters in 12 of his 25 appearances... Allowed at least one run in 13 of his 25 outings with the Orioles... Recalled as the 26th player for the doubleheader on 5/15... Recalled for the final time on 9/3; allowed just one run in his final seven appearances (8.2 IP)... Made 27 appearances for Triple-A Norfolk, going 1-2 with a 3.86 ERA (17 ER/39.2 IP), 17 walks, and 44 strikeouts.

2018
