Spent most of the season with Class AAA Syracuse but also played in 31 games with the Mets in his return from a torn right ACL suffered on 6/22/22...Appeared in 16 games at second base, nine at third, four in left and one at pitcher over three stints with the Mets...Began the season with Syracuse, where he played every defensive position except catcher...Went 4-6 with a home run and three RBI on 4/12 at Scranton/Wilkes-Barre...Was recalled for the first time on 6/24 and made his Mets debut that night at Philadelphia, going 0-for-3 in his first MLB games since suffering his knee injury...Was optioned back to Syracuse on 7/4 and recalled for the second time on 7/22...Doubled on 7/26 at the Yankees for his first hit of the season...Hit a three-run homer on 8/7 vs. the Cubs, his first since 6/15/22 with the White Sox...Was optioned on 9/1 and went 18-for-32 (.563) with 11 RBI over an eight-game stretch from 9/5-16...Was recalled for the final time on 9/28.

Was limited to 31 games with Chicago-AL due to a torn ACL in his right knee suffered in June... Batted .343/.425/.600 (12-for-35) with two home runs, seven RBIs and a 1.025 OPS in the seventh inning or later... Went 9-for-25 (.360) with one home run, seven RBIs and a .945 OPS vs. left-handers, 12-for-40 (.300) at home and 9-for-27 (.333) with 10 RBIs with RISP...
