What can I do at the ballpark before the game?

Public gates open at 3:00 p.m. (CT), three hours before game time. There will be several photo opportunities around the site. Fans can have a catch on the original Movie Site, play cornhole in the outfield, and walk through the corn path to make their way to the MLB field. There will be additional activations to explore on-site.

What are the site conditions at the Field of Dreams site?

As a reminder, the Field of Dreams site is on a working farm. Most of the site has gravel pathways, grassy areas and lots of corn. Please be prepared and wear comfortable shoes. For any guests who require ADA or special assistance, please contact us at [email protected].

Will the Field of Dreams house be open for tours during the game?

The Movie Site house will not be open to the public during MLB at Field of Dreams. There will be plenty of photo opportunities on-site with the house as the backdrop.

Gloves are allowed into the Field of Dreams site.

What is the Field of Dreams bag policy?

All bags are prohibited at MLB at Field of Dreams, except for Medical and Diaper bags (must be no larger than 16" x 16" x 8"). All bags are subject to search.

Are there Health & Safety policies for the Field of Dreams game?

Masks are optional; however, it is recommended for all unvaccinated ticketholders and guests to wear masks.

Is there going to be any retail at the Field of Dreams site?

Official MLB Merchandise trailers will be placed throughout the site, including two at the main entrance next to the red barn with additional locations on the concourse and program stands will be located throughout the venue. The locations will feature an assortment of merchandise including event specific merchandise including commemorative programs, men's, women's and kids t-shirts, headwear, novelty items including pins, key chains, and pennants, along with collectors' items celebrating the uniqueness of this game. There will also be an assortment of Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds in-line product.
The Baseballism x Field of Dreams Store, a year-round location at the ballpark, will also be open throughout the event.

Will there be concessions at the Field of Dreams site?

Concessions at the event, provided by Aramark, will be available throughout the entire event site. All Aramark areas will be cashless to keep lines moving. Online ordering and remote pickup through a QR code system will also be available.

What is the ticket policy for the Field of Dreams game?

The ticket is valid only for this Event. If the Event is cancelled or suspended (and is not a regulation game), not rescheduled or resumed in the same venue, or played without fans, or with limited fans, in attendance, the MLB Entities will determine in their sole discretion whether any refunds will be issued and post such decision at mlb.com.

If there is inclement weather during the game where can I take shelter?

In the case of inclement weather during the game, please follow directions provided on-site.

What is the tailgating policy?

Tailgating in Field of Dreams parking areas is permitted. Charcoal or open flame grills are prohibited.

What time do the parking lots open for guests on Thursday, August 11?

Parking lots will open at 2:00 p.m. (CT) on Thursday for guests.

How do I access the Field of Dreams site?

Guests must present their Field of Dreams parking pass to access the roads leading up to the Field of Dreams site.

How do I access my tickets for the Field of Dreams game?

All game tickets and parking passes for MLB at Field of Dreams presented by GEIGO will be digitally distributed as mobile tickets.
