Redeem your ticket using the code that was provided to you. From there, you have the option to purchase up to 14 additional tickets. Bring the friends and family who cheered you on during the race! Vouchers can only be redeemed for a ticket to a game during the 2024 regular season. Games and seating location are subject to availability, and can be changed at any time. Redeemed tickets are not eligible for resale.

How to Add a Voucher Code for Redemption
Follow Access or Add steps, then:
Access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app. Click here for instructions
Select the voucher offer
At the bottom of the voucher detail page, click Voucher Actions then Redeem
Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem, then click Redeem/Continue (the maximum number of vouchers redeemed into one game varies)
From the Ballpark Map, choose a highlighted section in your eligible seating area
Click on the price (right hand side) and Add to Cart
Tickets will be mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app
Agree to the terms and click Place Order

Select the voucher offer
At the bottom of the voucher detail page, click Voucher Actions then Forward
Select the voucher(s) you wish to forward and click Continue/Forward (vouchers can only be forwarded to one recipient at a time)
Select a friend or click Add Friend (bottom of the page)
After a friend has been selected, click Forward Vouchers. The recipient will be sent instructions on how to access

Q: Can I redeem multiple vouchers to be seated together?
A: Yes. When you select the voucher program, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Voucher Actions then Redeem. Select multiple vouchers before proceeding to select your game date. The maximum number of vouchers you can redeem into one game may vary depending on the voucher offer.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of vouchers I can redeem per game?
A: Yes. Unless otherwise specified, a maximum of 6 vouchers can be redeemed per account, per game. One (1) voucher is redeemable for one (1) game ticket in eligible seating categories, subject to availability.
Q: Is there a deadline to redeem my vouchers?
A: Vouchers can be redeemed any time before first pitch, subject to availability.
Q: Can I combine my vouchers to get premium seats?
A: No, vouchers can only be redeemed in a 1:1 ratio (1 voucher for 1 ticket) in the eligible seating categories of the voucher offer.
Q: Can I redeem my vouchers for Special Event tickets?
A: No, vouchers are eligible for regular game tickets only.
Q: Can I sell the tickets I redeem with my vouchers?
A: No. Tickets redeemed with vouchers are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers. Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the ticket purchaser. The sale, attempted sale or transfer of tickets redeemed through this offer in violation of this policy is prohibited. Tickets redeemed in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund.
Q: If I can no longer attend the game I redeemed my vouchers for - can I exchange my tickets?
A: No, tickets are not eligible for exchanges. Tickets can be forwarded to friends and family.
Q: Do vouchers expire?
A: Yes. Vouchers are only eligible for redemption during the 2024 regular season. Vouchers may be redeemed up until first pitch of an eligible game, subject to availability. Unused vouchers will not carry over into future seasons. The monetary value of any unused vouchers expires on the last eligible game of the voucher offer at first pitch.
