Giants tickets are mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app providing a convenient, secure way to use and share tickets.
We strongly encourage fans to access or forward their tickets prior to arrival. Add to Apple Wallet/Google Pay where applicable. Screenshots are not accepted.

In an effort to limit contact points and minimize lines at the gates, Oracle Park enforces the following bag restrictions:
- No backpacks (including clear backpacks). Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs.
- No bags larger than 16"x16"x8"
- Jackets and blankets must be worn or carried and not put into bags

Fast Entry Programs
Oracle Park offers cutting-edge technology that provides fans with a fast, effortless and hands-free entry experience. Choose from one of two programs.
MLB Go-Ahead Entry:
All ticketed fans (18 and older) who register for Go-Ahead Entry can experience fast, hands-free entry via a dedicated lane where they won't need to stop or take out their phone to scan ticket(s) for their entire party. Go-Ahead Entry is available at the Lefty O¡¯Doul, Marina and 2nd & King gates. Learn more.
CLEAR:
All ticketed fans (18 and older) who enroll with CLEAR can present their game ticket for fast entry via a dedicated lane at the Willie Mays gate. Learn more.
Transportation
Oracle Park is located in the middle of a vibrant and walkable neighborhood with a variety of convenient ways to get here.
Transit:
- Muni provides train and bus service to and from Oracle Park, connecting to BART at Embarcadero and Powell Stations. All train lines run until midnight Monday through Saturday and 10 p.m. on Sunday.
- BART service runs until after midnight Monday through Saturday.
- Caltrain is the best travel option from the Peninsula and South Bay for most games and fans can enjoy faster and more frequent service thanks to their new electric trains.
Parking: Reservations are required in Lot A/Pier 48, including for fans with valid ADA placards. Reserve parking ahead of time in Oracle Park lots and at dozens of lots and garages throughout the surrounding area through SpotHero.
Biking: Benefit from protected bikeways around Oracle Park, along the San Francisco waterfront and throughout the neighborhoods. Plus free, guarded bike parking on the Portwalk and public bike racks when you arrive.
Walking: Enjoy wider sidewalks on key routes to and from Market Street.
Gates/Times
Oracle Park has four main gates: Willie Mays, Lefty O'Doul, 2nd & King and Marina.
- Monday - Friday games: All gates open 90 minutes prior to game time.
- Saturday & Sunday games: All gates open 2 hours prior to game time.
These times can vary for games with promotional giveaways or pregame ceremonies.

The Giants are committed to offering a quality experience to guests with disabilities that is full and equal to that provided to guests without disabilities.

Oracle Park offers a multitude of food and beverage options. Reference our Food Directory for a complete list of items served and where to find them. Order concessions at the stand or select items with the Uber Eats app.
Outside food and beverage is permitted except in Luxury Suites.
No alcohol, glass, aluminum or hard sided coolers. Beverages must be in sealed containers. Reminder that backpacks are not allowed.
In an effort to limit contact points and minimize lines, cash is not accepted at concession stands or with in-seat vendors. The Giants prefer Visa. Oracle Park offers fee-free cash-to-card machines at the following locations:
- Promenade, Section 118 adjacent to the Guest Services desk on the Promenade Level behind Home Plate
- View Reserve, Section 313
- Inside the Peet¡¯s Caf¨¦, near Section 141 in the Bleachers
Mobile Ordering with Uber Eats
Download and use the Uber Eats app to order food and beverage at the ballpark.
Pickup Orders
Mobile ordering through Uber Eats is available for pickup at select concession stands on the Promenade, Club, and View Reserve levels. We¡¯ll notify you when your order is ready so you can grab it and get back to the action.
In-Seat Delivery
Fans sitting in the Blue Shield Field Club and Audi Dugout Club have the option to have their order delivered directly to their seat. Simply scan the QR code on the seat back.

- Order for pickup or delivery
Ticket Member Discount
Ticket Members will receive a unique promotional code to apply their 20% discount to mobile orders at Oracle Park. For help, email your account manager.

Security
To report a security issue, guests may also utilize our Text to Security program by texting their issue and location to (415) 238-6900. A discreet and effective response will be forthcoming. Msg & data rates may apply. Text to Security program is only active during live events at the ballpark.
Or, fans can find the nearest Giants Guest Services or Security employee.
Promotions
All promotional items are distributed on the gameday specified once gates open, on a first-come, first-served basis. One promotional item per ticketed fan, while supplies last. For wearable giveaways (jerseys, t-shirts, etc.) sizes will be Adult M and XL.

Pregame at the Park
Before every home game, China Basin Park at Mission Rock will be activated as a pregame destination with music, food and beverage vendors, games and more. The fun begins ~2.5 hours before game time.
