Giants tickets are mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app. The free Ballpark app provides a convenient, secure way to use and share mobile tickets, allowing contactless entry.
We strongly encourage fans to access or forward their tickets prior to arrival. Add to Apple Wallet/Google Pay where applicable. Screenshots are not accepted.

In an effort to limit contact points and minimize lines at the gates, Oracle Park enforces the following bag restrictions:
- No backpacks (including clear backpacks). Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs.
- No bags larger than 16"x16"x8"
- Jackets and blankets must be worn or carried and not put into bags

Oracle Park is located in the middle of one of the most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods in the Bay Area with a variety of convenient ways to get here.
Transit:
- Muni provides train and bus service to and from Oracle Park, connecting to BART at Embarcadero and Powell Stations. All train lines run until midnight Monday through Saturday and 10 p.m. on Sunday.
- BART service runs until after midnight Monday through Saturday.
- Caltrain is the best travel option from the Peninsula and South Bay for most games and fans can look forward to improved service once the Electrification Project is complete later this year.
Parking: Reservations are required in Lot A/Pier 48, including for fans with valid ADA placards. Reserve parking ahead of time in Oracle Park lots and at dozens of lots and garages throughout the surrounding area through SpotHero.
Biking: Benefit from protected bikeways around Oracle Park, along the San Francisco waterfront and throughout the neighborhoods. Plus free, guarded bike parking and public bike racks when you arrive.
Walking: Enjoy wider sidewalks on key routes to and from Market Street.

Oracle Park offers cutting-edge technology that provides fans with a fast, effortless and hands-free entry experience. Choose from one of two programs.
MLB¡¯s Go-Ahead Entry:
All ticketed fans (18 and older) who register for Go-Ahead Entry can experience fast, hands-free entry via a dedicated lane where they won't need to stop or take out their phone to scan ticket(s) for their entire party. Go-Ahead Entry is available at the Lefty O¡¯Doul and 2nd & King gates. Learn more.
CLEAR:
All ticketed fans (18 and older) who enroll with CLEAR can present their game ticket for fast entry via a dedicated lane. CLEAR is available at the Willie Mays gate. Learn more.

- Monday - Friday games: All gates open 90 minutes prior to game time.
- Saturday & Sunday games: All gates open 2 hours prior to game time.
These times can vary for games with promotional giveaways or pregame ceremonies.
Oracle Park offers a multitude of food and beverage options. Reference our Food Directory for a complete list of items served and where to find them. Order concessions at the stand or select items with the Uber Eats app.
Outside food and beverage is permitted except in Luxury Suites.
No alcohol, glass, aluminum or hard sided coolers. Beverages must be in sealed containers. Reminder that backpacks are not allowed.

Mobile Ordering with Uber Eats
Download and use the Uber Eats app to order food and beverage at the ballpark.
Pickup Orders
Mobile ordering through Uber Eats is available for pickup at select concession stands on the Promenade, Alaska Airlines Club, and View Reserve levels. We¡¯ll notify you when your order is ready so you can grab it and get back to the action.
In-Seat Delivery
Fans sitting in the Blue Shield Field Club and Audi Dugout Club have the option to have their order delivered directly to their seat. Simply scan the QR code on the seat back.

Season Ticket Member Discount
Season Ticket Members will receive a unique promotional code to apply their 20% discount to mobile orders at Oracle Park. For help, email your account manager.

Rainout Policy
Postponed or Suspended Games
If the game can no longer be played as scheduled or is rescheduled for a new date
Season Tickets, Thrill 22, Flex Membership, The 415, Single Game Tickets:
If a game is suspended due to inclement weather, tickets for the original game will be valid for the rescheduled game. This includes tickets purchased through a third party like StubHub. Tickets that were scanned at entry for the original game will be reactivated for the rescheduled game.
Special Event Tickets
Special event tickets will be valid for item redemption at the rescheduled game.
Tickets with Splash Cash
Unredeemed Splash Cash associated with original game tickets will carry over to the tickets for the rescheduled game.
Giants-issued Parking Passes
Parking passes issued by the Giants for the original game will be valid for the rescheduled game. Passes that were scanned at entry for the original game will be reactivated for the rescheduled game.
SpotHero Reservations
Parking reservations through SpotHero can be canceled up to the minute the reservation begins for a full refund. Once a reservation has started it cannot be canceled or refunded. Learn more.

The value of the ticket will be issued as account credit/flex applicable toward a future ticket purchase/redemption or upcoming renewal.
Single Game Tickets
Single game tickets purchased through the Giants (i.e. Giants website, Oracle Park box office, over the phone, Dugout Store) will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Cash Purchases
Requests for refunds for tickets purchased with cash at the Oracle Park Box Office or the Giants Dugout Store must be submitted by mail to Oracle Park, Attn: Giants Tickets/Customer Service, 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107.
Third Party Tickets
Refunds for tickets purchased through third parties are handled by them directly. Contact them to learn about their refund policies. Third parties include: StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid, Gametime, etc.
Tickets Redeemed with Vouchers
The value of the voucher will be issued as account credit applicable toward a future ticket purchase.
Giants-issued Parking Passes
The value of the parking pass will be issued as account credit applicable toward a future purchase.
