Emma ¡°Tinie¡± Roberson-Yertzell is entering her 31st season with the Giants Ballpark Operations Team. Roberson-Yertzell began her career as a seasonal Giants security officer in 1990. As a student, she worked part-time as a security officer ascending through the ranks, promoted to Security Manager in 1993, then to the position of Senior Director of Security in 2003. Roberson-Yertzell monitors safety and security and oversees 150 Event Staff Employees and 20 Year-Round Security Officers.
Along with certifications from FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security, Roberson-Yertzell has both experience in the private and public sector of security and is certified in the state of California as a Private Patrol Operator (PPO). Roberson-Yertzell is also a proud member of National Organization for Women (NOW), Women in Security (WIS), National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4), and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
Born and raised in San Francisco and the youngest of ten children, Roberson-Yertzell currently resides in Pacifica with her husband Jim and their Chocolate Labrador, Benji Bear.
