Nov. 18: RHP Rolddy Munoz added to 40-man roster
Prior to the Nov. 19 deadline to protect players from the Rule 5 Draft, the Braves added Munoz to their 40-man roster.
Munoz, who is unranked among Atlanta's Top 30 prospects, struck out 75 batters over 51 innings this season split between Double-A Mississippi and High-A Rome. The 24-year-old produced a 4.24 ERA overall in 37 relief appearances and one start. Because Munoz is on the big league roster now, he's no longer eligible to be selected in next month's Rule 5 event.
