Was a non-roster invitee with the Los Angeles Dodgers and had a loss and a 3.00 ERA in six spring training appearances…was not added to the Dodgers 60-man player pool and did not pitch in 2020.

2019

Went 1-0 with a 11.81 ERA (7 ER/5.1 IP) in seven games across four stints with the Astros...Matched a career-high 2.0 innings of relief at Texas on April 20, while allowing no hits and recording three strikeouts...Struck out six batters in 5.1 innings pitched...appeared in 23 games for Triple-A Round Rock, posting a 3-1 record with a 2.63 ERA (8 ER/27.1 IP) and 32 strikeouts...was placed on the temporarily inactive list on July 28 and was later transferred to the restricted list on July 30, where he remained throughout the remainder of the season.

2018

Appeared in three games in the Majors with the Astros over two stints with the club...struck out four batters in 3.1 innings pitched, allowing one run on one hit for a 2.70 ERA...began the season at Triple A Fresno... was recalled to Houston on June 10...placed on the paternity list on June 15...activated from the paternity list and optioned to Fresno on June 18...recalled to Houston on Sept. 24...tied a single-game career-high in innings pitched (2.0) and strikeouts (3) on June 13 at OAK...in 43 games at Triple A Fresno, went 3-3 with a 3.74 ERA (23ER/55.1IP) and 83 strikeouts...held left-handed hitters to a .128 average (12 hits allowed) at Triple A.

2017

Made his Major League debut, posting a 7.88 ERA (14ER/16IP) with 16 strikeouts across 22 games with the Astros...had five stints with the Major League club...was with the club in Major League Spring Training, but opened the season with Triple A Fresno...recalled to Houston on May 31 and was optioned on June 6...recalled again on June 23 before getting optioned on June 30...recalled on July 15 and optioned on July 21...recalled on July 30 and optioned on Aug. 14...recalled to Houston on Sept. 2 where he remained through the end of the season...made his Major League debut on May 31 at MIN, tossing 2.0 innings with two strikeouts in an Astros 17-6 blowout win...became the fifth left-handed reliever in club history to throw multiple innings with multiple strikeouts in his MLB debut, and the first since Wilfredo Rodriguez did so on Sept. 21, 2001 vs. CHC...struck out a career-high three batters in 1.0 inning on June 30 vs. NYY...was scoreless in a career-long eight consecutive outings from July 17 through Aug. 8...registered his only hold of the season on June 5 at KC...spent a majority of his season with the Triple A Fresno Grizzlies...went 5-7 with a 5.87 ERA (30ER/46IP) in 39 appearances out of the bullpen with the Grizzlies...struck out 47 batters for a 9.20 strikeouts per 9.0 innings ratio...won a career-high seven games...posted a career-low 2.74 walks per 9.0 innings ratio (14BB/46IP)...prior to this season, his careerlow walks per 9.0 innings ratio was 5.09, set in 2013 (13BB/23IP).

Split his season between Double A Corpus Christi (9g) and Triple A Fresno (34g), combining to go 3-3 with two saves, a 4.18 ERA (26ER/56IP) and 63 strikeouts in 43 appearances...made one appearance for the Astros at Spring Training, earning a save in 1.0 scoreless inning as a minor league call-up...broke camp with Corpus Christi and spent over a month with the Hooks before a promotion to Triple A on May 12...made nine appearances for the Hooks, going 1-0 with a 0.69 ERA (1ER/13IP) with 19 strikeouts...after his promotion, posted a 2-3 record and a 5.23 ERA (25ER/43IP) in 34 games for the Grizzlies...held lefties to a .213 opponent batting average while at Triple A...pitched for the Gigantes del Cibao in the Dominican Winter League and made 14 appearances with eight strikeouts in 8.0 innings.

2015

Pitched three levels in the Astros minor league system, advancing from Class A Quad Cities (6g) to Advanced Class A Lancaster (13g) to Corpus Christi (16g)...combined to go 4-6 with four saves and a 5.52 ERA (28ER/45.2IP) in 35 appearances...posted 59 strikeouts in 45.2 innings, while allowing a .220 opponent batting average on the season...posted a 0.75 ERA (1ER/12IP) in six games at Quad Cities before a promotion to Lancaster on May 21...picked up four saves in five opportunities and posted a 3.12 ERA (6ER/17.1IP) in 13 games for the JetHawks before another promotion to Corpus Christi on July 2...finished the season with the Hooks, making 16 appearances...pitched for the Gigantes del Cibao in the Dominican Winter League and made 13 appearances with a 4.22 ERA (5ER/10.2IP).

2014

Pitched the entire season at rookie level Greeneville, where he went 2-5 with a 4.47 ERA (22ER/44.1IP) in 13 games, including nine starts...bounced between the starter and reliever role all season, going 1-1 with a 3.27 ERA (4ER/11IP) in relief.

2013

Pitched the majority of his season in the Gulf Coast League, making 10 appearances for the Astros, including two starts...marked his second consecutive year in the GCL...his first eight appearances all came in relief before ending the season with two starts...his final start came on Aug. 27 vs. the GCL Tigers, in which he tossed a season-high 5.0 scoreless frames, allowing just two hits...following that outing, was promoted to Triple A Oklahoma City and made one relief appearance (1ER/2.1IP) to cap his season.

2012

Pitched two months in the GCL, posting a 1-1 record and a 5.40 ERA (11ER/18.1IP) in eight games, including three starts...fanned 16 and walked 16 in his 18.1 innings pitched.

2011

Returned to the DSL for his second season, making 13 appearances, all starts, and going 1-3 with a 2.17 ERA (11ER/45.2IP)...posted 61 strikeouts in 45.2 innings, while allowing a .193 opponent batting average.

2010

As an 18-year-old in the DSL, made 14 appearances, including four starts...went 1-2 with a 11.95 ERA (27ER/20.1IP), 31 walks and 19 strikeouts.
