Is there a fee to enter the party?
Entry into the Charity Block Party is free-of-charge. Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the party.
Do you accept credit cards?
CASH ONLY. All alcoholic beverages are $7 each. At this time, we do not accept credit cards for the sale of alcoholic beverages. There are ATMs available throughout the event space.
How many beverages can I buy?
Two drinks, per person, per transaction. No exceptions.
Can I tip my server?
Absolutely! All tips will be donated to the Reds Community Fund.
Where can I leave my personal items?
In order to maintain the safest environment for all attendees, we strongly recommend that you leave valuables at home or in your car. All persons and carry-in items are subject to search. All unattended bags & items will be removed from the premises. Additionally, no firearms or other weapons are permitted at the event, including on the property of Great American Ball Park, parking lots and inside the party.
Are there any age restrictions/who can attend this event?
There are no age restrictions for this event. However, we strongly advise against bringing small children or teenagers to this event. All participants must be age 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. All attendees must receive a wristband prior to purchasing alcoholic beverages. IDs are required at every wristband station.
Can I bring my beverage into the game/event?
No alcoholic beverages will be permitted to leave the event and go into Great American Ball Park. Beverages must be consumed inside the footprint of the event. Adversely, no outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into event.
What should I wear?
We encourage attendees to dress for the weather and wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Don*t forget your Reds apparel!
Are there ATMs available?
There will be ATMs on Joe Nuxhall Way and Freedom Way. Please see the event map for exact locations.
Are there restrooms available?
Portable restrooms are available on Joe Nuxhall Way by the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, on Marian Spencer Way near Freedom Way and on Freedom Way near Rosa Parks Street. Please see the event map for exact locations.
Will medical personnel be available?
There are two medic stations, one on Joe Nuxhall Way and the other on Marian Spencer Way. Please see the event map for exact locations.
Can I take pictures?
Bring your phone or camera! If you plan to post on any social media platforms, please use #RedsBlockParty so we can share your pics. Please be aware that any photographs and/or videos taken at the event that are posted on social media may be used for Reds marketing purposes.
What happens if there is bad weather?
This event will occur Rain or Shine.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers are welcome. However, we strongly advise against bringing small children or teenagers to this event.
Can I bring a bicycle?
Due to the insurance constraints, bicycles are not permitted into the event.
Are dogs permitted?
Due to the insurance constraints, dogs and any other animals are not permitted into the event.
Is there a lost and found?
During the event, all found items are brought to the Information/Volunteer Check-In on Joe Nuxhall Way.
Can I distribute promotional items/handouts?
Distribution of handouts, flyers, pamphlets, promotional items, food or beverages are not permitted inside the event without prior authorization from event management. Solicitation for signatures on petitions is also prohibited. Individuals breaking this rule will be asked to leave the event.
Who is the charity or beneficiary?
All proceeds benefit the Reds Community Fund. The RCF is the official non-profit organization of the Cincinnati Reds. Since its inception in 2001, the Community Fund has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth through its baseball and softball-themed outreach efforts. Find out more at reds.com/community.
