The Cincinnati Reds Sales Development Program is dedicated to growing future leaders of the Ticket Sales industry. During their time in our program, our Consultants sell a full menu of ticketing products while collaborating with our full-time sales staff. We are looking for competitive, collaborative, self-starters who are looking to launch their careers in the sports world. Members of our team have gone on to full-time positions in MLB, the NBA, NHL, MLS, NCAA, and more!

Culture
In a very team-oriented environment, our team consistently works and interacts alongside full-time sales reps and members of our Ticket Leadership Team. They join in on weekly meetings and even compete alongside our Account Executives in our Sales Competitions! This year they have competed various sales competitions like a Race to Opening Day, our very first Reds Survivor and Deal or No Deal contest, Reds Putting challenge, NBA, NFL, & NCAA Bracket Challenges, and many more!
We also make sure to build strong relationships among our team through offsite team building activities, like attend various Sporting Events around the Cincinnati area (FCC, Xavier/UC, Cincinnati Open, Cyclones, etc.), Escape Rooms, Fowling, and more!
Career Development
The goal of the Reds Sales Development Program is to prepare our Consultants for a full-time role in Ticket Sales. We put a large emphasis on development and start with two full weeks of sales and service training. We also have weekly Development and Training sessions as well to make sure we¡¯re fine tuning our craft throughout the experience.
