• BEARER OF THIS TICKET (¡°HOLDER¡±) IS GRANTED SEATING ACCESS ONLY TO THE LOCATION IDENTIFIED ON THIS TICKET.
• RESALE OF TICKETS ON SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY (¡°SRPMIC¡±) PREMISES IS PROHIBITED. VIOLATORS MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AND PROSECUTED.
• IF THIS TICKET IS RESOLD OR PURCHASED FROM ANYONE NOT EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZED BY SRPMIC OR ITS DESIGNATED AGENT(S), SELLER AND BUYER ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSACTION.
• PURCHASE OF OR PRESENTATION OF THIS TICKET DOES NOT GUARANTEE HOLDER WILL RECEIVE A PROMOTIONAL ITEM.
• COMPLIMENTARY OR DISCOUNTED TICKETS MAY NOT QUALIFY UNDER THE RAIN CHECK POLICY (see Rain Check Policy below).
• SMOKING IS PROHIBITED EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
• NO FIREARMS OR OTHER WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED ON SRPMIC OR SALT RIVER FIELDS PREMISES (COLLECTIVELY, ¡°PREMISES¡±).
• ALL BAGS AND PERSONS SUBJECT TO SEARCH.
• ALL DATES AND TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE; SUCH CHANGES DO NOT CONSTITUTE REASON FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
• HOLDER AGREES THAT ALL REFERENCES TO HOLDER SHALL INCLUDE ANY MINOR CHILDREN ACCOMPANYING HOLDER

By use of this ticket, Holder agrees that: (a) he or she shall not transmit or aid in transmitting, or make or aid in the making of any commercial use of, any information about the game to which it grants admission, including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio, data, reproduction or other information concerning or in connection with the game, the players or Premises ( ¡°Game Information¡±); (b) AZPB Limited Partnership (¡°Arizona Diamondbacks¡±) or the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, Ltd. (¡°Colorado Rockies¡±) (each a ¡°Club¡±), as applicable, is the exclusive owner of all copyrights and other proprietary rights in the Club¡¯s respective game and Game Information; and (c) the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., MLB Advanced Media, L.P., and The MLB Network, LLC (the ¡°MLB Entities¡±), the applicable Club, Salt River Fields, and each of their respective agents and licensees, shall have the unrestricted right and license to use Holder¡¯s image, likenesses, name, voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights in any live or recorded broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, audio sound recording, audiovisual recording, and/or any other recording taken in connection with the game or other transmission, distribution, public performance, or reproduction in whole or in part of the game, for all purposes, worldwide in perpetuity and in any and all media now or hereafter known, without consent, compensation, or further notice. The rights granted herein to a Club and the MLB Entities are freely assignable. Breach of any of the foregoing by Holder will automatically terminate this license and may result in further legal action. Salt River Fields, an enterprise of SRPMIC, and the Club whose game is designated on this ticket (the ¡°Designated Club¡±) each reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket by tendering to Holder any monies paid by Holder to Salt River Fields for the ticket, excluding service charges. Holder is subject to all applicable laws, rules, policies and regulations of the Clubs, MLB Entities and SRPMIC, including, without limitation, Salt River Fields rules and policies and The Salt River Fields A-Z Fan Guide. Salt River Fields and the Designated Club each reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the purchase price printed on this ticket, to revoke the license granted by this ticket and refuse admission or eject any person deemed to be in violation of such laws, rules, policies or regulations. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests, sweepstakes or giveaways) or other trade or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Designated Club. This ticket may not be resold or offered for resale: (i) via the Internet or any other interactive media, except, as applicable, through the official website of the Arizona Diamondbacks (www.dbacks.com), Colorado Rockies (www.rockies.com), or sites authorized by the applicable Club; or (ii) in a manner, at a price or otherwise in violation of any SRPMIC, federal, state or local laws, rules, policies, ordinances, or regulations. Any such resale will invalidate the license granted by this ticket.

WARNING

By attendance on the Premises, including, without limitation, to observe a game, any pre-game, in-game or post-game activities, or any other game, practice, workouts, warm-ups or baseball-related activities (the ¡°Baseball Activities¡±), Holder acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers associated with the Baseball Activities, whether such risk or danger occurs prior to, during or subsequent to any such Baseball Activity, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by: thrown bats or fragments thereof; thrown equipment or pieces thereof; thrown or batted balls; thrown, dropped or launched items and projectiles; other hazards or distractions; spectator conduct; and any incidents or accidents associated with groups or crowds of people, and agrees that none of the Clubs, SRPMIC, Salt River Fields, the MLB Entities, the clubs participating in any such game or activity, and any other Major League Baseball-related entities, Ticketmaster L.L.C., or their respective parent and subsidiary companies, affiliates, owners, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, players, representatives, customers, independent contractors, licensees, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and their successors and assigns (the ¡°Released Parties¡±), shall be responsible or liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of such risks or dangers or resulting from the negligence of any Released Party. BY ATTENDANCE ON THE PREMISES, HOLDER (ON BEHALF OF HOLDER AND ANY MINOR ACCOMPANYING HOLDER) IS DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES. IF HOLDER DOES NOT WISH TO OR IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO GRANT ALL THE RIGHTS, RELEASES, AND WAIVERS SET FORTH IN THIS TICKET ON BEHALF OF ANY ACCOMPANIED MINOR(S), HOLDER SHOULD IMMEDIATELY ACCOMPANY THE MINOR(S) OFF THE PREMISES.

RAIN CHECK POLICY

Retain possession of this ticket as a RAIN CHECK until the designated game has been played to completion. This RAIN CHECK is only good for this particular game, and any rescheduled game or substitute game as provided below, and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure of Holder to use it for such game. Should the designated game not be played or not progress to or beyond a point of play constituting a regulation game under the Official Baseball Rules, this RAIN CHECK will be honored at the rescheduled game which replaces the designated game. If unable to attend the rescheduled game, Holder may exchange this RAIN CHECK for a ticket of the same value (subject to availability) for any exhibition game of the Designated Club to occur at Salt River Fields during the current exhibition season. Such exchanges must occur prior to the first pitch of the rescheduled game. Complimentary tickets have a value of zero dollars, and therefore may not be exchanged. Complimentary tickets will be honored at the rescheduled game only. Discounted tickets may be exchanged only for the amount paid to Salt River Fields for this ticket, and are subject to any restrictions applicable to the original sale. This Rain Check Policy does not apply to a game which is delayed (whether for weather or power delays or otherwise), but which progresses to or beyond a point of play constituting a regulation game.

COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE REGARDLESS OF PRECAUTIONS THAT MAY BE TAKEN. HOLDER, ON THEIR BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF ANY ACCOMPANYING PARTIES, AGREES TO (1) ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, AND (2) COMPLY WITH ALL RELATED HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES OF THE CLUBS AND THE PREMISES OWNER/OPERATOR, INCLUDING THE POLICIES SET FORTH AT www.saltriverfields.com/health.
