Policy for Tickets to Postponed Games

Please review the rainout ticket exchange and refund policy below:

• Tickets for games that are officially postponed for any reason will be valid for the rescheduled date and time.
• If a game cannot be rescheduled, tickets will be automatically returned for account credit to the financial patron after the game is officially cancelled.
  • No action is required on the ticket holder¡¯s part and account credit may be used for future ticket purchases at angels.com/tickets or 714-4ANGELS.
• For single game tickets purchased directly from the Angels at angels.com, 714-4ANGELS, or the Angels Ticket Windows ¨C exchange for equal value for an alternate game (based on availability) or refund can be requested by emailing tickets@angels.com.
  • To expedite processing, please include your confirmation number, transaction ID, ticket barcode(s), or seat location and send the request from the email address on your Angels account.
  • Refunds can only be issued to our financial patron via the original method of payment.
• Complimentary and donation tickets have no value and cannot be exchanged.
• Customers who purchased from other channels, including any online resale marketplaces, should return to their point of purchase and refer to their refund and exchange policies.
• Ticket package holders including season seats, mini plans, groups, and suites will receive correspondence from their Angels representative.
