ADA ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible Parking
Accessible stalls can be found on the west side of the stadium. Upon entry, vehicles displaying state-issued permits will be directed to the proper parking area. When dropping off or picking up a guest that has mobility impairments, use the grand entrance on the west side of the stadium. To enter the ballpark, use the ramp on the south side of the stadium, next to the courtyard sidewal
Seating
Wheelchair-accessible and companion seats are available throughout the stadium. Tickets can be purchased in advance through the Box Office. For more information, please call (480) 858-7575.
Service Animals
In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, people with disabilities may use a dog that is trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest's disability. As such, animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship to a guest will not be permitted inside the ballpark.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Any guest three (3) years of age, or older, must have a ticket to enter the stadium.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into Tempe Diablo Stadium. Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Any fan under the age of 40 should be prepared to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcohol within Diablo Stadium. Alcoholic beverages will not be sold after the completion of the 7th inning. Guests may not take any alcoholic beverages out of the ballpark and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots is prohibited.
ATMs
Tempe Diablo Stadium is now a cashless venue. However, reverse ATM machines are located throughout the stadium and provide guests with Visa debit cards.

BABY DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS
Diaper stations can be found in the men's restrooms, the women's restrooms and the family restroom.
BAG POLICY
In an effort to enhance public safety, Tempe Diablo Stadium prohibits all bags, and other carriers from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions (in each case, after proper inspection):
- Purses or bags that are 12" x 12" with a single zipper closure/flap or smaller
- Clear bags (plastic or vinyl) with no obscured interior pockets that do not exceed 12.75" x 6.5" x 12.75"
- Medically necessary items, including diaper bags
Other than the above-noted exceptions, all other bags must be returned to the patron's vehicle.
BALL IN PLAY
Please refrain from walking up and down the aisles when the ball is in play or the batter is in the batter's box. Guests are also asked not to interfere with a ball in play.
BANNERS
Banners and signs are permitted, providing they are baseball related and in good taste, as determined by the Tempe Diablo Stadium staff. They cannot be commercial, political or obscene in nature, or represent a disturbance or inconvenience to others. They may not be hung or displayed on any part of the playing field or in any way that obstructs another guest's view of the game, emergency exit signage or any advertising signage. Banners and signs cannot be affixed to any ballpark wall, staff or pole. Banners must be limited in size to 3 feet tall by 12 feet wide and be made of a fire retardant material. Diablo Stadium staff reserves the right to remove any banners or signs.
BEACH BALLS
For the safety of all fans, players, and employees, beach balls are not allowed inside Tempe Diablo Stadium.
BICYCLE PARKING
Bicycle racks are located on the south side of the stadium near the ticket office.
BLANKETS
Blankets and towels are permitted for lawn seating.
BOTTLES, CANS, THERMOSES, ICE CHESTS
Bottles, cans, thermoses, ice chests or hard containers of any size are not permitted.

BULLPENS
The Angels' bullpen is located behind the right field wall and the visitor's bullpen is located down the left field line. Guests should not attempt to seek players' autographs.

CAMERAS
Cameras are permitted within Tempe Diablo Stadium, provided they are for personal use and no game action is recorded, as required by MLB. Professional equipment including zoom lenses measuring greater than six (6) inches in length are not allowed without proper media credentials.
CHAIRS
Lawn chairs are not permitted for lawn seating.
CONCESSIONS
Legend Hospitality provides traditional baseball food and beverages throughout the stadium. Additional, food trucks are available in Left Field Pavilion.
CREDIT CARDS
Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted by the ticket office, concession stands and team shops.

If taking I-10 West Bound (from Tucson & East Valley¡Ahwatukee, Chandler):
Take I-10 (West) to exit # 153-B, take left onto Broadway Road. Take Broadway Road to 48th Street (2nd Light) and take a left onto 48th Street (South). Then take 48th Street to Alameda Drive (2nd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). General Parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event will be located on the Second Left (East Side of Stadium).
If taking I-10 East Bound (From West Valley):
Take I-10 (East) to exit # 153, take right onto 48th St. Take 48th Street (South) to Alameda Drive (3rd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). General Parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event will be located on the Second Left (East Side of Stadium).
If taking Loop 101 (from West Valley¡Peoria, Sun City, and Surprise):
Take Loop 101 (South) to I-10 (East). Take I-10 (East) to exit # 153, take right onto 48th St. Take 48th Street (South) to Alameda Drive (3rd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). General Parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event will be located on the Second Left (East Side of Stadium).
If taking I-17 (From North Valley¡Scottsdale, Carefree, Glendale):
Take I-17 (South) to I-10 (East). Take I-10 (East) to exit # 153, take right onto 48th St. Take 48th Street (South) to Alameda Drive (3rd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). General Parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event will be located on the Second Left (East Side of Stadium).
If taking Highway 60 (from East Valley¡Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert):
Take Highway 60 (West). Take Hwy 60 to I-10 (West) (Stay in Right-hand lane), merge onto I-10 (West) and exit onto Broadway Road (Exit 153-B) first exit on I-10. Then take left onto Broadway Road (West). Take Broadway Road to 48th Street (2nd Light) and take a left onto 48th Street (South). Then take 48th Street to Alameda Dr. (2nd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). General Parking will be on first left (West Side of Stadium) and event will be located on the Second Left (East Side of Stadium).
If taking Loop 101 (from Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Cave Creek):
Take Loop 101 (South) to Highway 60 (West). Then Take Hwy 60 to I-10 (West) (Stay in Right-hand lane), merge onto I-10 (West) and exit onto Broadway Road (Exit 153-B) first exit on I-10. Then take left onto Broadway Road (West). Take Broadway Road to 48th Street (2nd Light) and take a left onto 48th Street (South). Then take 48th Street to Alameda Dr. (2nd Light) and take a left onto Alameda Drive (East). ELEVATORS
There are no public elevators in the stadium.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In the event of an emergency, please follow directions from staff, public address announcements, and safety personnel.

FIREARMS
No firearms or other weapons are allowed in Tempe Diablo Stadium. (ARS 13-3102)
FIRST AID
The first aid station is located behind Sections 11 & 12 on the main concourse.
FOOD
¡¤ Food purchased from outside restaurants or fast food franchises is not allowed in the stadium.
¡¤ Food, not in bulk quantities or deemed hazardous by staff, is allowed.
¡¤ The sale of outside food or beverages is prohibited.
¡¤ Fruits must be sliced prior to entry.
¡¤ Small juice boxes or pouches are permitted.
¡¤ Milk, in factory sealed bottles and baby formula accompanying a child upon entry will be permitted.
FOUL BALLS
Fans should remain alert of the game at all times as bats and balls have the potential to leave the field of play. Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball landing in the seating areas. Guests that interfere with a ball in play or throw foul balls back onto the field will be subject to ejection from the ballpark.

GUEST CONDUCT/INTERFERENCE
Tempe Diablo Stadium staff are in place in an effort to provide a fun and safe experience for all fans in attendance. To ensure the safety of those in attendance, guests must act appropriately at all times.
¡¤ Guests wearing anything obscene, indecent, or inappropriate, as determined by Tempe Diablo Stadium staff, will not be allowed admittance into the ballpark.
¡¤ Guests smoking anywhere within the stadium will be subject to ejection as per Tempe Civil Code ¡ì 22-43 and a voter initiative approved May 21, 2002.
¡¤ Any guest found to be intoxicated, using foul or abusive language, or using inappropriate gestures will be subject to ejection from the ballpark.
¡¤ Guests will not be allowed on the playing field, beyond the lawn fence line, or within the Players' Parking Lot at any time. Any guest entering these areas, interrupting play, or chasing after a baseball in an area deemed off-limits can be ejected and/or cited for trespassing and is subject to arrest.
¡¤ Objects may not be thrown or tossed into the seating area or onto the field at any time. Violators of this nature will be ejected immediately from the ballpark and are subject to subsequent legal action. (foul ball) (regular guest guide too)
¡¤ Guests who interfere with another guest's ability to enjoy the game will be subject to ejection.
¡¤ Guests must provide a valid ticket upon the request of Tempe Diablo Stadium staff.
GUEST RELATIONS
Visit the Guest Relations Office behind Section 12 if you have any questions regarding lost and found, lost children, or need assistance for people with mobility impairments. Aside from receiving general information, guests can also address concerns or offer suggestions.

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Applications for the Diablo Stadium internship program are accepted during the month of September. Email Jerry Hall ([email protected]) to request an application.

LOST & FOUND
Guests who have lost personal items should go to the Guest Relations Office, behind Section 12. Please return all misplaced belongings to the Guest Relations Office or a staff member. If a child is lost, parents or guardians should contact the Guest Relations Office. On non-game days, call 480-350-5265 to reach the Guest Relations Office.
LOST CHILDREN
Children should be instructed upon entering the ballpark to notify a Tempe Diablo Stadium staff member if they become separated from their party. To report a missing child, visit the Guest Relations Office, located behind Section 12.

PARKING LOT
The parking lots at Tempe Diablo Stadium open two and a half hours before the start of all home games. Guests can enter both the West and East Lots via Alameda Drive. Both lots are open to the public on all practice days in which a game will not be played at the stadium. All stadium and parking lot transactions are cashless, please come prepared with a credit card.
Please note the following regulations:
- Vehicles in excess of 20 feet in length will be charged an additional fee for entry.
- No vehicle may occupy more than one parking space.
- Park only in a marked stall. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas will be cited/towed away.
- Alcohol consumption in the parking lot is illegal.
- Overnight parking is prohibited.
- No selling or soliciting in the parking lot.
- Tailgating is permitted in designated lots.
- No in and out parking.
PARTY SUITES

PICNIC AREA
Guests with lawn seats can use the east patio tables and chairs for a shady and comfortable spot to sit while they enjoy a meal.
PRESS BOX
Access is limited to those with proper Tempe Diablo Stadium, media, or Major League Baseball credentials.

RADIOS
Hand-held radios are permitted with the stadium as long as they do not interfere with another fan's enjoyment of the game. Tempe Diablo Stadium staff reserves the right to ask a fan to discontinue the use of such devices at any time.
RAINOUT POLICY

RE-ADMITTANCE
Guests may re-enter the park by presenting a valid ticket and a valid hand stamp, issued by a Tempe Diablo Stadium staff member.
RECYCLING
Recycling bins are located throughout the stadium for your convenience.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the main concourse level. Each restroom is accessible and includes a diaper changing station.

WATER
Bottled water or flavored water must be in a clear plastic bottle that is factory sealed. Reusable water bottles are permitted up to 1 liter in size but must be emptied prior to entering the stadium.
- Open bottles are prohibited
- Bottles must not be larger than 1 Liter (33.814 US fluid ounces)
- Frozen water bottles are prohibited for safety purposes
WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE
Tempe Diablo Stadium has a limited number of wheelchairs available to transport guests to their seats. Please contact a staff member or visit the Guest Relations Office, behind Section 12, to arrange wheelchair assistance.
