2025 Opening Day and Giants Series Ticket Purchase Opportunity

Sign up today for the opportunity to purchase a limited number of tickets for the A's inaugural Opening Day in West Sacramento on March 31 and for the three-game series against the San Francisco Giants, July 4-6. With a limited number of tickets available, the A's want to ensure that as many fans as possible have a chance to attend these highly anticipated games.

Only eligible fans whose registrations are selected will have the opportunity to purchase tickets during this time period, subject to availability. Registration will end on Sunday, Jan. 26 at 11:59 P.M. Fans selected will be notified via email with instructions on how to purchase tickets, based on availability. Please note that registration does not guarantee the chance to purchase tickets.

Registration for the opportunity to purchase a limited number of select face value tickets for 2025 Athletics Investment Group, LLC, d/b/a the Athletics ("Athletics") home games scheduled to be played at Sutter Health Park, West Sacramento on the following dates (collectively, "Eligible Athletics Games"): March 31, 2025 (Opening Day) and July 4-6 , 2025 (San Francisco Giants), will begin at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, and end at 11:59 p.m. PT on Sunday, January 26, 2025 (the "Registration Period"). The Athletics will conduct a random drawing on or about January 27, 2025, from among all eligible fans who successfully complete the registration form during the Registration Period ("Eligible Registrants"). Eligible Registrants selected in the random drawing (each, a "Drawing Winner" and collectively, the "Drawing Winners") will receive the opportunity to purchase tickets for the Eligible Athletics Game(s). Tickets will be available to Drawing Winners on a first-come, first-served basis only while tickets for such Eligible Athletics Games remain. Being selected as a Drawing Winner does not guarantee you will be able to purchase ticket(s) for the Eligible Athletics Games. Exact date, times, ticket limits and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail after January 27, 2025 to each Drawing Winner via the e-mail address he or she submitted on the registration form. If a Drawing Winner does not provide a valid e-mail address or follow the ticket purchase instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets through this Athletics Ticket Purchase Opportunity (¡°Program¡±). There is no charge to register for this Program. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular Eligible Registrant will be selected. The likelihood of receiving the opportunity to purchase tickets through this Program depends on the number of eligible registrations received. Drawing Winners may not transfer this ticket purchase opportunity.?The credit card billing address used to purchase your tickets must match the address provided on the registration form. Any purchase for which the credit card billing address used does not match the address provided on the registration form is subject to cancellation and ticket forfeiture without notice.

Tickets purchased in connection with this Program are for personal use only, and may not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations for an opportunity to purchase tickets under this Program have no monetary value and have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states/territories/provinces where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of registration. In addition, you must complete and submit the registration form located on athetics.com during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) registration per person. In the case of multiple registrations for the same individual, only the first registration received will be considered. Only Eligible Registrants who submitted an online registration form to the Athletics during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Registrations generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. nor the Athletics are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected or for registrations not received due to lost, failed, delayed or interrupted connections.

NOTE: MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Athletics, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Athletics ticket holders generally; as such, the Athletics from time to time in its sole discretion may amend policies.

By registering for this Program, each registrant waives and releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, Athletics Investment Group, LLC, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, lenders, advertisers, promotional agencies, directors, members, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, agents, employees, advisors, successors and assignees, and each individual or entity associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) any failure of a drawing to be conducted for any reason; (b) the actions of registrants or any other individuals in connection with any drawing; (c) injury or damage to such registrant's or other individual's computer(s), mobile device(s), or other equipment as a result of participation in the Program; (d) any loss, use, or disclosure of any registration and/or any registration data; (e) any participation in an opportunity to purchase tickets or any related activity; or (f) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any opportunity to purchase tickets or tickets purchased in connection with any drawing, including, without limitation, claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or liability for physical injury, death, or property damage. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the BOC, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
