The Toronto Blue Jays are seeking students entering the final year of their undergraduate program eager to learn from industry-leading professionals and experience life within Canada's Major League Baseball team.

Selected students will become part of a diverse cohort of summer associates spanning various departments. The associate program focuses on nurturing the next generation of Blue Jays leaders, offering exclusive access to department-specific training, social activities, and mentorship opportunities. Each participant will have a cross departmental mentor from within the organization to guide them throughout the program and the unique chance to present to the Toronto Blue Jays Leadership Team.

Throughout the summer, candidates will gain invaluable real-world exposure to the sports industry, immersing themselves in the Toronto Blue Jays world right here at Rogers Centre.
