How do Specialty Tickets differ from Gate Giveaways?
Unlike our traditional giveaways, which are available to the first 15,000 fans who enter Rogers Centre, or Theme Day/Night events that are open to all fans with a purchased game ticket, Specialty Tickets are available only to a smaller group of fans who purchase the Specialty Ticket add-on. These tickets are not offered to all fans, and their availability will vary depending on the event and demand throughout the season..
How will fans know if they have purchased the Specialty Ticket add on?
FansĄ¯ tickets will indicate they have purchased Specialty Ticket with the name of the event (i.e. "HELLOKITTY", "GOLF", "SLO-PITCH", "YOUTHBASEBALL", OR "UNI/COLLEGE.")
Where are the hats picked up at?Rogers Centre?
Details about where to pick up your hat on September 10 will be communicated seven (7) days prior to the game.
If a fan purchased a game ticket but not a Specialty Ticket, can they purchase the Specialty Ticket later?
No, fans must purchase the Specialty Ticket in the original purchase flow; add-ons will not be sold separately. If fans incorrectly purchased a single game ticket but meant to purchase the Specialty Ticket option, they can contact the Ticketing department at 416-341-1234 or 888-654-6529.
