How will my tickets be delivered?
Your mobile tickets will be added to your Ticketmaster account which can be accessed through the MLB Ballpark app or Blue Jays Account Manager. Ticket Management will be accessible in early March.

What type of payment is accepted?
Acceptable payment methods include Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Cheque and EFT/Wire Transfer.
Is there an item add on included in the ticket?
No, but we do offer gift cards which can be purchased in advance. For more information relating to gift cards, contact your sales representative or fill out the information request form.
Can we display the Toronto Blue Jays logo on our website to promote the event?
Unfortunately, we are not able to authorize any use of the Toronto Blue Jays official logo on any website or web page not cleared by the organization. You can however share the Blue Jays webpage with your team.
What if I don¡¯t want to bring my colleagues and just need an excuse to get out of work early?
Don¡¯t worry ¨C we¡¯ve got you covered! There are many other people in the same situation. Simply purchase a single game ticket and head down to the ballpark for the game. We won¡¯t tell if you leave your laptop at home!
