What happens if a Group Space is not sold?

When a Group Space has not been sold for a game, the area will be open to any fan with a game ticket.

Is food included in the price of the tickets?

Food is not included in the price of the tickets. Group Space food packages are available for pre-order at an additional cost for the New Blue Bar and Third Base Bar.

Are fans allowed to leave their Group Spaces?

Fans who own tickets for a Group Space can explore other areas of the ballpark. Wristbands will be provided to all group members which allows entry in and out of their Group Space.

Is there a dedicated entrance for Group Spaces?

Fans with tickets to a Group Space can enter the building through Gate 15.

Please note: Gate 15 is also utilized as an entrance for the general public on giveaway days.

Can I bring a stroller in to group spaces?

Strollers are not allowed into our group spaces. Our Fan Services team have designated areas in stadium where they can be stored. Learn more here, under Strollers/Stroller Check.

Is there accessible seating in group spaces?

The only group spaces areas that offer have accessible seating is Jays Nest. The WestJet Flight Deck offers an opportunity for accommodation in select quadrants, but advance notice is required to potentially arrange this. No other group space offers accessible seating.

We kindly request that you inform You must let your sales representative know that you or another member of your group requires accessible seating at point of purchase or at least 2 weeks in advance of your ticketed game date. well in advance for the WestJet Flight Deck.

Are you able to book accessible seats for group seating?

Yes, you can book accessible seats at the group rate, and we can book regular seating in the row directly in front for guests who do not require accessible seating.

When do we get access to the space?

Groups have access to space as soon as gates open. Gates open an hour and a half prior to first pitch on weekdays and two hours on weekends.

WestJet Flight Deck

Are fans no longer able to access the WestJet Flight Deck without a group ticket?

Only the first two rows are available for group purchases. For all games, any fans with a ticket can access the concourse area of the WestJet Flight Deck. If the first two rows are not sold to groups for select games, they will be opened and accessible to all fans with a ticket to the game.

How many tickets must be purchased to reserve a quadrant?

• Left Field: 75+ tickets
• Left Centre: 100+ tickets
• Right Centre: 100+ tickets
• Right Field: 75+ tickets
• Entire First Two Rows: 350+ tickets

New Blue Bar/Third Base Bar

Are fans no longer able to access the New Blue Bar/Third Base Bar without a group ticket?

If a group has booked out one of these group spaces, they will have full access to the bar and seating area. Fans will not be permitted to enter the bar and seating area if a group has booked it. Fans without a Group Space ticket will still have access to purchase from the bar near the concourse entrance. If any of these group spaces are not sold for any game, they will be open to all fans with a ticket to the game.

What are your outfield neighbourhoods?

Our outfield district offers four brand-new social spaces with differentiated experiences to fit the unique interests of Blue Jays fans. These neighbourhoods are available to all ticketed fans.

• Corona Rooftop Patio (500L right field)
• TD Park Social (500L left field)
• The Stop (100L center field, behind the batter¡¯s eye)
• The Catch Bar (100L above the visitors¡¯ bullpen)
• Canada Dry Bleachers (100L above visitors¡¯ bullpen)

Can fans reserve an outfield neighbourhood as a group space?

No ¨C the outfield neighbourhoods are open to all fans with a ticket to a game. They are not available for group tickets.
