The Braves VIP Experience is your exclusive, one-of-a-kind trip to Truist Park!
Enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity with the pregame Braves VIP Experience. Receive a semi-private guided tour of the ballpark, get up close to the players at Braves batting practice (photos and autographs may be acquired), receive a free gift and see your personalized message on the scoreboard during the game. Free parking and priority access to the Braves Clubhouse Store are also included.
- VIP Packages DO NOT include game tickets. Game tickets must be purchased separately.
- Free parking in the Red Deck is automatically included with your VIP Experience. You will receive the QR code in your Braves ticket account and can open it in the MLB Ballpark app.
- Season Ticket Holders (A-List Members) receive a $50 discount per Experience.
- On promotional giveaway days, attendees will receive priority access to the giveaway item as well as avoiding the line to the Braves Clubhouse Store.

The VIP Experience begins at 3 p.m. for a 7:15 p.m. first pitch. The experience typically lasts until the completion of batting practice (5:30 p.m.), and then guests have the opportunity to leave the ballpark and re-enter for the game or stay inside the ballpark.
Upgrade to the Ultimate VIP experience which includes an authentic player jersey and autographed photo of a current player during checkout. Price range from $575-$650.

How early should I reserve my date?
It¡¯s best to book your Braves VIP Experience as early as possible. There are a limited number of spaces available for each game and some sell out very quickly.
How much does the VIP Experience cost?
Please see the Braves calendar, which includes base pricing. There is a $50 discount for season ticket holders (A-List Members) and the Ultimate VIP Experience includes a $275 upgrade.
When does the VIP Experience begin?
- The VIP Experience begins at 3:00 p.m. for a 7:15 p.m. first pitch. The experience typically lasts until the completion of batting practice (5:30 p.m.) and then guests have the opportunity to leave the ballpark and enjoy the Battery before the game or stay inside the ballpark.
- The Sunday VIP Experience begins at 10 a.m. for a 1:30 p.m. first pitch and the Weekday Day VIP Experience begins at 9 a.m. for a 12:15 p.m. first pitch.
Is parking included?
Your VIP Experience package includes one complimentary Red Deck parking pass. For a parking map, please visit braves.com/parking.
How do I access my tickets and parking pass?
Your tickets and parking pass will be put in your Braves ticket account and are accessible through the Ballpark App.
Is the VIP Experience handicap accessible?
Yes, it is completely accessible. If you need special assistance, please let your VIP coordinator know in advance.
Can my children do the VIP Experience by themselves?
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by at least one paid adult.
Children 13-17 must arrive with an adult (the adult does not need to go on the tour).
Where and when is the LED scoreboard message displayed?
The VIP Experience package includes a personalized LED scoreboard message. Your message has a limit of 100 characters, including spaces and punctuation. The Braves have the right to refuse inappropriate messages. Your message will be displayed during the game, in between innings (not during play), on the scoreboard located in left field directly above the visiting team bullpen. Once you have booked your VIP Experience, your VIP Coordinator will reach out to collect your LED scoreboard message.
Will I get an autograph or photo with my favorite player?
Autographs and photos are at the discretion of each individual player therefore we cannot guarantee autographs or photos with players during this experience. The Ultimate VIP Experience does include one pre-signed autographed photo.
What if batting practice is cancelled?
Batting practice for both teams is never guaranteed and always subject to cancellations without prior notification. If a cancellation occurs, you will be able to reschedule batting practice for a future date.
What if the game is rained out?
In the event a rainout occurs, your VIP Coordinator will assist you with rescheduling your VIP Experience (pending availability).
