Access Guide for Guests with Disabilities

In addition to those listed in this Guide, the Milwaukee Brewers offer a wide variety of readily available accommodations for guests with disabilities and accessibility needs. Please call Brewers Guest Relations at (414) 902-4900 prior to your visit to American Family Field or stop by a Brewers Guest Relations kiosk on game days for assistance. The Brewers Guest Relations team has three locations available to serve you, Field Level near Section 116, Loge Level behind Section 221, and Terrace Level behind Section 419. Guest Relations on the Field Level remains open for 30 minutes following the completion of games. For more information or assistance, please call Brewers Guest Relations at (414) 902-4900.

Assistive listening devices for our public address announcements are available free of charge at the Brewers Guest Relations kiosk on the Field Level near Section 116.

American Family Field is cashless at concession stands as of June 1, 2024, and at all retail locations and portable kiosks. Cashless payment options include credit/debit cards, Brewers Gift Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or pre-paid cards.

For your convenience, ATMs provided by Associated Bank are located in the following areas:

• Field Level: Home Plate Gate; Left Field Gate; near the UScellular? Power Playground; Section 123
• Loge Level: Section 231
• PNC Club Level: Left-field corner near X-Golf
• Terrace Level: Section 422

Guests with impaired hearing can access the American Family Field public address announcements via captioning on the ribbon boards down the right- and left-field lines. While at American Family Field, guests may listen to a non-delayed transmission of WTMJ's broadcast on their personal digital radios at 88.5 FM. For more information, please visit the Brewers Guest Relations kiosk on the Field Level near Section 116.

Guests with mobility requirements and/or persons requiring accessible drop-off are allowed to be dropped off on the west side of the ballpark (southwest of the Home Plate Gate) at the ¡°Accessible Bus Drop-Off¡± location. Vehicles utilizing this drop-off location should adhere to the following guidelines:

• Vehicles must enter the American Family Field grounds by taking I-94 to Brewers Boulevard South, followed by the American Family Field exit, and stay in the left lane (to Preferred Parking). At the end of the ramp, turn left at the traffic signal, move into the right lane and into the drop-off area. A parking attendant will be available to assist.
• After drop-off, drivers attending the game should proceed to their vehicle¡¯s appropriate parking section. For preferred parking or accessible parking, drivers should continue west on Frederick Miller Way and follow signage. For general parking and bus parking, drivers should conduct a U-turn and proceed back over Brewers Boulevard to the respective parking area.

Various ADA sections on each level of American Family Field are equipped with one electrical outlet. If additional accommodations are needed, please see an event staff member.

Elevators: Public elevators are located in the left-field corner and at the Clock Tower. Elevators are staffed, fully accessible, and offer access to all levels of the ballpark.

Escalators: Escalators can be found near most entrances of American Family Field. Please do not board an escalator with a baby stroller, walker, wheelchair, cane, crutches, etc. Please exercise caution and comply with all other escalator guidelines at all times during escalator use.

Lifts: Wheelchair lifts are located in the Associated Bank Power Alley, J. Leinenkugel¡¯s Barrel Yard, Miller Lite Landing, Northwestern Mutual Legends Club, Vizzy Loft, X-Golf, and in Section 221 on the Loge Level. Staff members are readily available to assist with use of the lifts.

Please ask an event staff member for assistance if needed with any elevator, escalator, or lift.

American Family Field First Aid Rooms are located on the Field and Terrace Levels behind home plate and include restroom facilities that, like all other restrooms at American Family Field, are fully accessible for guests with disabilities. The First Aid Rooms also offer a variety of additional accommodations for guests with disabilities and are staffed by medical personnel from Aurora Health Care?. All restrooms in American Family Field are fully accessible for guests with disabilities. American Family Field First Aid Rooms presented by Aurora Health Care? are located on the Field and Terrace Levels behind home plate and provide additional accessible restrooms for guests with disabilities. The parking lot areas, including the Tailgate Haus and Helfaer Field, offer accessible restrooms as well. Family restrooms are available in the following locations:

• Field Level behind Section 116 (inside the First Aid Room).
• Loge Level behind Sections 206 and 230.
• PNC Club Level behind Suite 29 and 67.
• Terrace Level behind Sections 419 (inside the First Aid Room) and 426.

Accessible seating for guests with disabilities or special needs is available on all seating levels of American Family Field. Removable armrests are also available on seats located on the aisle in a variety of locations. Three companion seats are offered in addition to the accessible seat for a total of four tickets per transaction based on ticket availability at the time of the request. In addition, accessible seating is available to accommodate large groups. Each of the all-inclusive areas, suites and restaurants at American Family Field also accommodate guests with disabilities. Service animals, as defined by applicable law, are welcome at American Family Field, provided they are: (1) accompanied by the handler, (2) trained to provide a service to the handler, (3) leashed at all times, and (4) under control, housebroken, and do not jeopardize safety. Service animals needing a relief area may exit and reenter through the Home Plate East gate; a designated Service Animal Relief Area is nearby.

An accessible ticket window (will call window #6) is located at the main American Family Field ticket office at the home plate entrance.

A limited number of ushers and wheelchairs are available to transport guests from inside the entry gates to and from their seat locations. Please note, due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, this service may have increased wait times during day games and games with higher attendance levels. This service is available by alerting ballpark staff at the gates or an usher in the seating bowl and is intended only for arrivals and departures. Wheelchair service may not be used to bring guests from seats to concessions, retail locations, restrooms or anywhere else in the ballpark other than a designated exit gate. The Brewers do not lend or rent wheelchairs or other mobility devices. If a wheelchair is needed during games, we recommend suppling your own wheelchair.
