What is the cost of a Cardinals Care 50/50 Raffle ticket?

Tickets are sold at the following rates: 10 for $10, 60 for $20, and 200 for $50.

Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Cardinals Care.

What forms of payment are accepted?

The following forms of payment are accepted Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and debit cards. Cash is not accepted for raffle ticket purchases this season.

When will the Cardinals Care 50/50 Raffle tickets go on sale and close?

2025 50/50 Raffle Tickets will be sold online at cardinals.com/5050 and in-stadium at 50/50 Kiosks and roaming sellers during weekend home games at Busch Stadium and other select dates as may later be announced. Cardinals Care 50/50 Raffle sales will take place, subject to change at the sole discretion of Cardinals Care, according to the following schedule:

Who is eligible to purchase Cardinals Care 50/50 Raffle tickets?

Open to all persons who are located in the State of Missouri at the time of entry and eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Who is NOT eligible to purchase Cardinals Care 50/50 Raffle tickets?

The following persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Raffle or to win any Prize (collectively, the "Ineligible Parties"): employees, officers, directors, shareholders, members, volunteers, agents and consultants of St. Louis Cardinals Community Fund dba Cardinals Care ("Cardinals Care"), St. Louis Cardinals, LLC (the "Cardinals"), AscenDFS Delaware, Inc. ("Ascend"), Delaware North Companies Sportservice, Inc., or any MLB Entity, and immediate family members of each of the foregoing (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in their same households (those persons, whether related or not, who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the date of the drawing). For purposes hereof, "MLB Entity" means, collectively, the Major League Baseball Clubs, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc. and Major League Baseball Properties, Inc.

Why do online purchases require my location and/or request my current location?

Your current location is required to confirm eligibility. Purchasers of raffle tickets are required to be located within the state of Missouri at the time of purchase.

What if I receive the following prompt: "Will you allow https://stlcardinalsraffle.5050central.com to access your location"?

You will need to click "Allow Location Access" or "Enable" / "OK" from your phone or browser and reload the page.

I can't purchase a ticket from my current location, but I'm in the state of Missouri, what do I do?

Be sure to check that "Location Services" on your electronic device is enabled. Also, check that the automatic settings for your Date and Time are turned on. The raffle is open to all individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older who are located within the State of Missouri at the time of purchase.

When will the winning ticket be selected?

One (1) winning ticket will be selected after sales close at the end of the 7th inning of the last game of each raffle period for each 2025 Cardinals Care 50/50 Raffle, with the exception of the 2025 Spring Training Raffle winning ticket, which will be drawn at 5:00 PM CT on March 23, 2025.

What happens if a game is postponed or delayed?

If a game does not start on time, is delayed or is postponed to another date, the winning ticket will be selected on the scheduled drawing date three hours (3) after the regularly scheduled game start time.

What happens if a doubleheader is scheduled?

When there is a doubleheader scheduled, sales will continue both online and in-stadium until the end of the fifth (5th) inning of the second game of the doubleheader.

If the first game of the scheduled doubleheader does not start on time, or if there is a delay at any point in either scheduled game, the winning ticket will be selected five (5) hours after the first game's regularly scheduled start time or as otherwise determined by Cardinals Care.

How do I claim my prize if I have the winning ticket?

The potential winner of the prize must send an email with their contact information and the date of the Cardinals Care 50/50 Raffle to 5050Raffle@cardinals.com. If a potential winner purchased a ticket from an in-stadium kiosk, the potential winner may contact the Guest Services office located near Section 148 in Busch Stadium prior to the official end or suspension of the same game during which the ticket was purchased.

How long does a potential winner have to claim the prize?

All prize claims must be made within thirty (30) days of the applicable drawing date.

What happens if a prize goes unclaimed?

Any prize remaining unclaimed past 30 calendar days after the date in which the raffle was drawn will be retained by Cardinals Care and used for charitable purposes.

How long will it take the confirmed winner to receive their prize?

The cash prize will be paid to the winner by check within thirty (30) days after completing the appropriate requirements to claim their prize.

What will the winners receive?

The winner will receive 50 percent of the proceeds collected during the raffle ticket purchase period, subject to all rules and requirements of the 50/50 raffle.

Who will receive the remaining Cardinals Care 50/50 proceeds?

The remaining proceeds from the Cardinals Care 50/50 will benefit Cardinals Care, a Missouri non-profit corporation and tax-exempt Section 501(c)(3) non-organization, and the programs and charitable donations that Cardinals Care supports. These programs aim to care for kids in the St. Louis metropolitan community.

Are my winnings taxed?

Cardinals Care will withhold applicable taxes as required by law, but all applicable federal, state and local income taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the official winner. Cardinals Care will provide winner with appropriate tax documentation forms.
