For 30+ years, the Giants have been partners with and allies of the LGBTQIA+ community. In 1994, the Giants became the first professional sports team to host an HIV/AIDS awareness game when infection rates and stigma were first devastating the community of San Francisco. The Giants were also the first professional sports team to join the It Gets Better Campaign in support of LGBTQIA+ youth to combat bullying. In 2015, the Giants signed an amicus brief for marriage equality as it speaks directly to the organization¡¯s core values of equality and social justice for all people. In 2021, the Giants became the first MLB team to incorporate Pride colors into their on-field uniform. Each Pride Day at Oracle Park, the team incorporates the Pride colors into the logo on caps. Each year, throughout the month of June, the Giants celebrate members of the community and important figures in LGBTQIA+ history as well as hosting a formal raising of the Pride and Transgender flags and more.

Giants Proud is the San Francisco Giants professional network for LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Giants Proud provides an inclusive space to advocate for the needs of LGBTQ+ colleagues at the San Francisco Giants, and together empower and promote social awareness.
Every season, the Giants host Girls Day at Oracle Park to recognize important female figures within the Giants organization and beyond. This day is dedicated to engaging, inspiring and empowering women and girls to succeed in sports, on and off the field. The Giants also present a woman within the organization with the Alexis T. Busch Award, which recognizes a women who has made an immeasurable impact on the advancement of women in sports. Alexis became the first bat girl in MLB history - paving the way for other girls to follow. Her presence in the dugout was groundbreaking, proving more than two decades ago that there is room for both women and men in a major league dugout.
The Giants are proud to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day every year, showcasing all of the powerful women within the Giants organization.
Momentum is the San Francisco Giants Women's Network, empowering women to develop leadership skills and connect on a personal and professional level in the Giants Front Office. As the first established employee resource group of the Giants organization, Momentum is dedicated to moving their 170+ members (and growing) forward through their internal community of support.
Annually, the Giants host African American Heritage Day at Oracle Park - which features cultural performances and festivities, carrying the spirit of unity, pride and community. The Giants also proudly pay tribute to the Negro Leagues team that preceded them, the San Francisco Sea Lions, donning jerseys and displaying team elements throughout the ballpark.
Black Excellence is the professional network of Black employees at the San Francisco Giants. They are dedicated to building equity and inclusiveness to change the trajectory of diversity within the Giants organization. Leveraging their collective expertise, Black Excellence works to build a stronger work culture and more successful team for the future.
Every September during Fiesta Gigantes, the Giants take the field as the San Francisco Gigantes - wearing jerseys that celebrate the the impact Hispanics have made on the game of baseball and the city of San Francisco.
Corazon Gigante is the professional network of Latino/Hispanic employees of the San Francisco Giants. They are committed to promoting the San Francisco Giants mission to enrich the Giants Familia by fostering education and collaboration, supporting an inclusive environment and celebrating culture with the extended Latino/Hispanic community.

In solidarity with MLB, the Giants observe Armed Forces Weekend every season to salute all active military members, veterans and their families. The Giants team dons special Armed Forces caps while military members and the nonprofit organizations that serve them are celebrated throughout pregame and in-game festivities.
Giants Veterans is the employee resource group for veterans and military family members within the Giants. Giants Veterans cultivates a community centered around those who have served in the US Military. They celebrate and educate Giants employees who have family and friends who have served or have a general appreciation of the US Military.

For 15+ years the Giants have hosted an annual Autism Acceptance Night in collaboration with Forever Giant Will Clark, when nonprofit organizations and people with Autism and their families have a chance to build community and raise awareness at Oracle Park.

Fantasy Camp for Kids provides young campers with physical and intellectual challenges along with their families an opportunity to learn baseball skills from current Giants players and coaches.
The Giants are KultureCity? Certified, allowing countless families and individuals to experience and enjoy Giants games and other live events at Oracle Park with greater comfort and ease. The Sensory Inclusive? program provides training and resources to staff, enabling them to better accommodate individuals with sensory sensitivities. Sensory bags, equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads will be available at the Guest Services Desk on the Promenade Level - free of charge - to all guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment.
