Spring Training Rainout Policy

IMPACTED GAME(S): Should any Spring Training games be canceled due to inclement weather, they will not be rescheduled.

Ticket Information

All tickets purchased directly from the Giants will be returned as an account credit that may be used for any 2024 or 2025 Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium, subject to availability. Additional details on how to redeem the credit will be emailed to ticketholders who are impacted.

Season Tickets

Season Ticket Members will automatically receive a credit on their account that can also be applied toward their 2025 renewal.

Single Game, Group and Suite Tickets

Tickets purchased directly through the Giants (Online, Phone, and Box Office) will be returned as an account credit that may be applied toward tickets for any 2024 or 2025 Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium, subject to availability.

Third Party Tickets

If you purchased your tickets from a third party, like StubHub or SeatGeek, please contact the ticket provider to understand their policies.
