Q: How is my 2-for-1 April-May game offer applied?
A: The pricing in your 2-for-1 offer is based on your member pricing; meaning, for tickets to April-May games you will only pay 50% of your already reduced prices in member categories. Ticket prices are pre-adjusted to reflect the discount during this offering, and no action is needed on your part. A discount or variance in price will not be visible in your cart. In non-member categories, you will continue to enjoy 15% off full-priced tickets. Flex Member offer: 2-for-1 ticket pricing is offered in your designated Flex Member seating locations for the months of April and May. This offer does not apply to Opening Day (Friday, April 4), tickets in The 415 (CFB 143-144), or Standing Room Only (SRO). The promotion ends Thursday, April 3 on 11:59 pm PT.
Q: What happens with my initial investment?
A: Your initial investment is converted into Flex Membership credit to be used to purchase tickets at reduced prices. Ticket prices for Flex Members represent an average savings of 30% in member sections, compared to single game ticket prices.

Q: Does my Flex Membership come with a predetermined number of tickets?
A: No. Flex Memberships include a credit bank that can be used toward tickets throughout the associated season. Members can use their credit to redeem up to ten (10) tickets per game. Ticket prices vary by game and seating location.

Q: Which games are eligible for member pricing?
A: Pro, Club & Premium Level Memberships may use flex credit to purchase tickets at member pricing for all regular season home games. Starter and Plus Level Memberships will not have access to their full member discount for ¡°Premium Games,¡± but can still redeem flex credit for tickets to ¡°Premium Games¡± at an average savings of 15%. ¡°Premium Games¡± include: Friday, April 4 vs. SEA; Saturday, July 12 vs. LAD; Sunday July 13 vs. LAD.
Q: Can I spend flex credit for Postseason games?
Flex credit is not eligible for any potential Postseason games. However, Flex Members will have the opportunity to purchase Postseason tickets, often at reduced prices depending on the Postseason round and your membership level.
Q: What seating categories is my Flex Membership eligible for?
A: Your flex credit is eligible in all seating categories. However, the members sections in which you receive maximum savings are dependent on your membership level:
Membership sections are as follows:
- Starter: View Reserve Levels, View Box, Left Field + Bleachers
- Plus: Starter categories + Lower Box Left Field
- Pro: Starter & Plus categories + Arcade, Lower Box and Lower Box Select
- Club: Starter, Plus & Pro categories + Field Box, Premium Lower Box, Club Outfield and Club Left Field
- Premium: Starter, Plus, Pro & Club categories + Club Infield, Premium Club Infield, all Field Club categories, and Dugout Club. Premium Flex members have access to member pricing in all sections of the ballpark, excluding the suite level.
Q: Can a Flex Membership be shared by multiple people?
A: No. Flex Membership is limited to one (1) per person. Flex credits are non-transferrable to any party other than the purchasing customer and cannot be offered as a gift to any other customer or third party.
Q: Do any fees apply to my purchase of a Flex Membership?
A: Flex Members do not pay any additional fees when redeeming Flex Credit.

Q: How much flex credit does my membership include?
A: Your investment (purchase price) is converted into flex credit, which can be used to purchase tickets at a discount. Savings average 30% compared to single game pricing in member sections and 15% in non-member sections.
Q: Is there a deadline to redeem flex credit?
A: Flex Membership credit can be redeemed any time up to 30 minutes after first pitch. 2025 flex credit is non-refundable and may only be applied to 2025 regular season home games. Remaining credit will not carry over into future seasons.
Q: Can I use my flex credit after the 2025 regular season?
A: No. 2025 flex credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2025 regular season home games. Unused credit cannot be rolled over.
Q: How do I redeem my flex credit for game tickets?
A: Click the ¡°Redeem Credit¡± button, located on the Current Members tab. Step-by-step instructions to follow from there.
Q: Can tickets redeemed with flex credit be returned or exchanged?
A: Yes. Tickets redeemed with Flex Membership can be exchanged up to 24 hours before first pitch. Tickets can be exchanged using the Ticket Flexibility portal. Additional details can be found on the Current Members tab.
Q: Can tickets redeemed with flex credit be resold?
A: No. Tickets redeemed with flex credit are not eligible for resale. The Giants reserve the right to revoke tickets and flex credit without a refund, if this policy is violated. Professional ticket resellers or brokers are not eligible to open a Flex Membership. Flex credits purchased by professional ticket resellers or brokers in violation of this policy will be revoked without a refund. If you have redeemed tickets for a game you can no longer attend, we kindly ask that members utilize Ticket Exchange.
Q: Can I upgrade tickets purchased with flex credit?
A: Yes. Tickets can be upgraded on the associated gameday at Oracle Park. Please visit the Box Office located on King Street near Willie Mays Plaza or Ticket Services on the Promenade near section 119.
Q: Can I use my flex credit to purchase Special Event tickets?
A. Subject to availability, Special Event add-ons may be purchased separately in addition to game tickets via MySFTix. You can purchase eight (8) max, per event. Flex credit cannot be applied to Special Event add-on purchases. Associated game tickets are required for special event item redemptions.

A: Yes. Members can add additional credit to their Flex Membership in $10 increments with a 10% processing fee. Multiple $10 increments can be added at once. 2025 flex credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2025 regular season home games. Remaining credit will not carry over into future seasons.

Q: Is there a maximum amount of credit that can be added to a Flex Membership?
A: No. Any amount of credit can be added in $10 increments. Account credit is only eligible for 2025 regular season home games and does not roll over to the following season. 2025 flex credit is non-refundable and can only be applied to 2025 regular season home games. Remaining credit will not carry over into future seasons.
Q: If I add credit to my Flex Membership, does my membership level change?
A: Yes. Flex Membership credit may also be unlocked after $999 in total credit has been purchased. Pro Membership is unlocked with $1999 of total credit purchases, Club Membership is unlocked with $4999 of total credit purchases, and Premium Membership is unlocked with $9999 of total credit purchases. Members do not need $999/$1999/$4999/$9999 in their account at one time to unlock the next level of membership. Membership levels are based on an accumulated total of credit.
