Guardians Community Clinics, are free, one-day baseball clinics designed to introduce the game to youth across the Greater Cleveland area. Youth Baseball & Softball Coach Resources

PCA is a national nonprofit committed to transforming youth sports by fostering character, teamwork, and personal growth for athletes of all backgrounds. Through workshops, online courses, community roundtables, and other resources, PCA equips coaches, parents, and athletes with essential tools to create a positive sports culture. In partnership with Cleveland Guardians Charities (CGC), PCA has trained more than 500 Northeast Ohio coaches and impacted over 7,700 athletes, ensuring every coach served through CGC programs is prepared to mentor effectively. Together, PCA and CGC are building resilient, confident leaders while strengthening the community through sports.

USA Baseball offers a free, exclusive two-hour clinic for Play Ball! CLE league affiliates at Progressive Field. This hands-on event provides instruction on essential coaching topics such as hitting, pitching, fielding, practice planning, and drills for all ages. Attendees learn from experienced coaches, connect with their local baseball community, and gain valuable insights on making the game fun and engaging for players.

ABCA is the leading organization dedicated to educating and connecting baseball coaches at all levels. For youth coaches, ABCA offers exclusive resources, including instructional videos, practice plans, certification programs, and networking opportunities with top coaches nationwide. Members also enjoy discounts on gear and training tools, helping them develop players and elevate their coaching.

NFCA is the go-to organization for fastpitch softball coaches, providing the tools and connections needed to succeed. Youth coaches can access expert-led education, drills, practice plans, and certification programs designed to enhance player development.
