Guardians Community Clinics

Cleveland Guardians Community Clinics presented by Sheetz, is program dedicated to introducing the game of baseball to youth across the Greater Cleveland area. These one-day free clinics hosted provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for children ages 8-14, whether they¡¯re picking up a glove for the first time or looking to sharpen their skills.
Our clinics focus on fun and accessibility, making it easy for beginners to enjoy the game while offering advanced coaching for experienced players looking to refine their fundamentals and develop key skills.
We are grateful for the support of our community partners, Cleveland Guardians players and coaches, alumni, and local organizations, all of whom share our mission to grow the game and inspire the next generation of athletes.

CC Sabathia
Cleveland Guardians legend CC Sabathia hosted a free youth baseball camp at CC Sabathia Field at Luke Easter Park, giving local kids a chance to learn from one of the best to ever play the game!
Campers sharpened their swings, perfected their throws, and put their fielding to the test in exciting challenges judged by none other than the newest Guardians Hall of Famer himself!
This unforgettable day was made possible by the PitCCh In Foundation, CC & Amber Sabathia, The Players Alliance, and the Cleveland Guardians.

Cleveland Guardians Hall of Famer Kenny Lofton led a free clinic for local baseball and softball players, creating a day to remember at CC Sabathia Field in Luke Easter Park!
In collaboration with his "Still Got Game" Foundation, the Cal Ripken Foundation, and the Cleveland Guardians; Lofton was joined by fellow Guardians alums Carlos Baerga and Julian Tavarez to share their knowledge and love for the game. After a morning of drills and coaching from the pros, campers capped off the experience with photos, autographs, and plenty of smiles!

What happens when young ballplayers step onto the field with real Major League coaches? They learn, they play, and they have an absolute blast!
At the first Cleveland Guardians Community Clinic of the year, kids of all skill levels got in on the action¡ªlearning from Guardians Manager Stephen Vogt and rising stars Cade Smith and Jhonkensy Noel at Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland.
With the Guardians Youth Summer Camp staff and Guardians Nike RBI coaches leading the way, players worked on the basics of batting, pitching, and teamwork¡ªall in a fun, supportive environment. Whether picking up a bat for the first time or looking to sharpen their skills, every kid had the chance to learn from the pros and love the game even more!
MLBPAA
The Cleveland Guardians teamed up with the MLB Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA) to host the free Legends for Youth Clinic, giving young baseball and softball players an unforgettable day of learning from the pros!
Held at Historic League Park, the clinic featured eight MLB alumni, including three former Guardians players, lead hands-on drills and skill-building stations. Beyond the action on the field, kids also had the chance to connect with the legends through a Q&A session and autograph signing, hearing firsthand about life as a major leaguer.
