Rainout PoliciesAugust 6 Game vs. Arizona Diamondbacks Postponed
The Cleveland Guardians announced tonight¡¯s game (August 6) against the Arizona Diamondbacks has been postponed due to inclement weather and will be rescheduled as a traditional doubleheader on Wednesday, August 7 starting at 1:10 p.m. ET. Gates will open at 12:10 p.m. ET and only fans with tickets to the August 7 contest will be able to attend.
Fans holding tickets to the originally scheduled August 7 game who want to attend both games of the doubleheader may do so and will have the same seat for both games. Fans are able to use the full value of their August 6 tickets in their My Tickets account when exchanging into one of 8 designated games (additional fees may apply), including tomorrow¡¯s doubleheader. Tickets for tonight¡¯s game must be exchanged by August 30 at 5 p.m. ET.

Single-Game Ticket Purchasers
CLEGuardians.com, Ballpark app and Box Office purchasers holding tickets dated August 6 must exchange their tickets online only at CLEGuardians.com/mytickets through their My Tickets account starting tonight, August 6 at 5 p.m. ET.
- Ticket exchanges are final and must be completed in one transaction. All tickets must be exchanged into the same game. Tickets must be exchanged into one of 8 options, including the August 7 doubleheader, by August 30 at 5 p.m. ET.
- If fans encounter any issues, they can call 216-420-HITS.
Group Ticket Holders
Group ticket purchasers will be contacted by their account executive.
SeatGeek, StubHub & Secondary Marketplace Purchasers
All SeatGeek, StubHub & other secondary marketplace purchasers will be contacted directly by the company they purchased from.
June 5 Game vs. Kansas City Royals Postponed
The Cleveland Guardians announced tonight¡¯s (June 5) game against the Kansas City Royals has been postponed due to inclement weather and will be rescheduled as part of a split doubleheader on Monday, August 26, with the rescheduled game starting at 1:10 p.m. ET and the originally scheduled August 26 game starting at 6:40 p.m. ET. Gates for the makeup game will open at 12:00 p.m. ET, while gates for the original August 26 game open at 5:30 p.m. ET. Fans will be cleared from the ballpark between games.
Fans holding tickets to the June 5 contest can use their exact same ticket to enter the 1:10 p.m. contest on August 26 and do not have to exchange (they will not be allowed to attend the night game unless they hold a ticket for that game as well). If fans are unable to attend the makeup game on August 26, they will be able to make an exchange (see below based on how tickets were purchased).

Season Ticket Members holding tickets dated June 5 can attend the August 26 game at 1:10 p.m. without exchanging their tickets. If they are unable to attend the August 26 game, they can exchange for tickets to any game that is available through the My Tickets Exchange program starting now. Tickets must be exchanged by August 26 at 11:00 a.m. ET if they do not plan to attend the 1:10 p.m. ET game on August 26.

April 12 Game vs. New York Yankees Postponed
The Cleveland Guardians announced today¡¯s (April 12) game against the New York Yankees has been postponed due to inclement weather and will be rescheduled as a split doubleheader on Saturday, April 13 starting at 12:10 p.m. ET with the originally scheduled April 13 game starting at 6:10 p.m. ET. Gates for the makeup game will open at 11:00 a.m. ET, while gates for the original April 13 game open at 5:00 p.m. ET. Fans will be cleared from the ballpark between games.
Fans holding tickets to the April 12 contest can use their exact same ticket to enter the 12:10 p.m. contest on April 13 and do not have to exchange (they will not be allowed to attend the night game unless they hold a ticket for that game as well). If fans are unable to attend the makeup game on April 13, they will be able to make an exchange (see below based on buyer type).

Cleveland Guardians Rainouts
In the event of a postponed Guardians game at Progressive Field, fans who purchased their tickets through Cleguardians.com or at our Ticket Office will receive one of the following options:
If a game is postponed prior to it becoming official (4 and ? innings, and if the Guardians are ahead) and re-scheduled as a part of a traditional doubleheader, you will have the opportunity to exchange your ticket(s). Ticket exchanges will be available for a set list of games determined by the Cleveland Guardians. Ticket exchanges must occur prior to the communicated exchange deadline. Tickets are no longer valid after the exchange deadline has passed.
If a game is postponed prior to it becoming official (4 and ? innings, and if the Guardians are ahead) and re-scheduled as a part of a split doubleheader or a mutual off day, you will have the opportunity to attend the makeup date or exchange your ticket(s). If you choose to attend the makeup date, no action is needed, your ticket(s) will automatically move to the new date. If you are unable to attend the makeup date, ticket exchanges will be available for a set list of games determined by the Cleveland Guardians. Ticket exchanges must occur prior to the communicated exchange deadline. Tickets are no longer valid after the exchange deadline has passed.

Season Tickets
Season Ticket Members who have a postponed game within their Season Ticket Plan, will have the opportunity to exchange their postponed game tickets to any future 2023 regular season game (excluding Opening Day). Ticket Exchanges must be completed prior to the communicated exchange deadline. Tickets are no longer valid after the exchange deadline has passed.
Group Tickets
A Guardians Group Sales Representative will reach out to each Group Leader with further details regarding your postponed game. Please contact the Group Sales team for additional information.
Suite and Kaulig Club Tickets
All suite and Kaulig Club members will be contacted by a member of the Premium Hospitality Team with further details regarding your postponed game.
Third Party Ticket Purchasers
All tickets purchased from a third-party ticket site are subject to the specific postponement policy of the site purchased from. The Cleveland Guardians are not responsible for the exchange of third-party tickets.
