The Seattle Mariners bring the Mariners Get Well Tour to hospitals across the Pacific Northwest. Mariners players, coaches and the Mariner Moose visit kids and adults at local children's hospitals and VA hospitals to help raise the spirits of patients and their families.

In 2019, the Mariners hosted the 12th annual PLAY Campaign event at T-Mobile Park for kids from the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County. PLAY, Promoting a Lifetime of Activity for Youth, is a public awareness campaign developed by the Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society (PBATS) to combat child obesity. Mariners Athletic Trainers Rob Nodine and Matt Toth join Mariners players to encourage youth to be active, eat right, and sustain a healthy lifestyle.
Every fan donation to the Wishing Well at T-Mobile Park during the 2020 season benefits Pacific Northwest patients and families at Seattle Children's.
On April 30, 2019, Northwest Ford and the Mariners held a peanut butter drive at T-Mobile Park to benefit Northwest Harvest. Mariners fans contributed 796 pounds of peanut butter.
On July 27, 2020, the Seattle Mariners will host the 35th annual Cystic Fibrosis Mariners Care Golf Tournament at the Seattle Golf Club to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis, a fatal disease afflicting children and young adults. The event, held annually since 1986, has raised over $6.3 million for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
During the 2020 season, Mariners Care will partner with the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence to support the "Refuse To Abuse" campaign, which seeks to raise awareness and support for victims of domestic violence. On July 11, 2020 the Mariners will host The Refuse To Abuse? 5K at T-Mobile Park. Funds raised benefit the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence and their statewide violence prevention and education work.
