When & where should I arrive?
Guests with Pregame Field Passes will enter the ballpark at the Press Club & Muckleshoot Diamond Club entrance, located along Edgar Martinez Drive, behind the Edgar Martinez statue. Doors will open 3 hours prior to first pitch (3:40 p.m. for 6:40 p.m. games and 4:10 p.m. for 7:10 p.m. games).
Where should I park?
Guests are encouraged to plan their travel to the ballpark in advance to ensure early arrival for check-in. Visit Mariners.com/Transportation for more information and travel recommendations.
Where will I be able to go on the field?
Guests who purchase Pregame Field Passes will be escorted to a roped off area on the warning track behind home plate. No seating is available in this area, so guests should be prepared to stand for approximately 2 hours.
Will I be able to watch batting practice?
Batting Practice is held at the discretion of the uniformed teams and is not guaranteed. In the event that batting practice is cancelled refunds will not be given.
Will I be able to see the entire Mariners batting practice?
During an average experience, guests will see around 45-60 minutes of Mariners batting practice.
If I am a fan of the visiting team, how much of their batting practice will I see?
On average during the allotted time, guests will see between 15-30 minutes of visiting team batting practice. Fans of the visiting team will not receive refunds if their team chooses not to participate in batting practice.
Do I need a game ticket?
Fans will need to present both the Pregame Field Pass and a valid game ticket upon entering T-Mobile Park. Game tickets are sold separately and are not included in the Pregame Field Pass.
Can I purchase Pregame Field Passes on game day?
Fans are encouraged to purchase Pregame Field Passes in advance, as passes are extremely limited. Pregame Field Passes will be available for purchase until 72 hours in advance or as inventory allows.
Can I transfer my Pregame Field Passes to another friend or family member before or during batting practice?
Passes are only valid for one person per pass per visit, and they are non-transferrable.
How old does a child have to be to require a Pregame Field Pass?
In accordance with our ticketing policy, children who are 2 years old and younger do not need a game ticket or Pregame Field Pass for entry when accompanied by a parent/guardian. Children above 2 years old will need both a valid game ticket and a Pregame Field Pass in order to participate.
Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?
All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult or guardian ¨C both the child and the parent/guardian will need their own set of tickets: Pregame Field Pass and game ticket.
Can you accommodate guests with disabilities?
Pregame Field Passes are accessible to guests with disabilities. Please make our staff aware of your needs when you arrive so we can ensure you have an exceptional experience.
Can my family watch me watch batting practice?
Due to the exclusivity of this experience, only guests who purchased the Pregame Field Pass will be given access to the field, which is an otherwise restricted area. Fans who do not have a Pregame Field Pass will need to wait outside the ballpark until regular gates open.
Can I request autographs while in this area?
We ask all Pregame Field Pass participants to refrain from requesting autographs. Autographs are at the player¡¯s and coaches¡¯ discretion.
Can I take pictures during batting practice?
Guests are invited to bring their cameras and take pictures while enjoying this on-field experience. Cameras with a lens longer than six (6) inches may not be brought into T-Mobile Park, except by credentialed media. Filming of any game footage is strictly prohibited by Major League Baseball. Monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are not permitted in T-Mobile Park.
Can I store items in Binbox lockers during batting practice?
Fans are encouraged to leave larger items and prohibited items at home. Binbox lockers will not be open at the time fans with Pregame Field Passes need to check in.
What happens if batting practice does not take place?
The Mariners, the visiting team, or both, may elect not to take batting practice on any given day. If batting practice is canceled with enough advanced notice, we will do our best to move you to another date.
Can I eat or drink during batting practice?
Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited on the field. Guests will be able to visit T-Mobile Park concession stands after the on-field session concludes and gates open to the public.
What footwear is approved for on-field access?
Guests with Pregame Field Passes will walk and stand on concrete and dirt, please plan accordingly. Shoes with heels, spikes or cleats are prohibited.
Is there anything else I need to know before arriving at T-Mobile Park?
Fans with Pregame Field Passes will receive a confirmation email that includes important details. Fans should be prepared to show this confirmation email to check in upon arrival.

Holder releases and holds harmless such persons and entities, regardless of whether any injury or loss is caused by any person¡¯s negligence or otherwise. Batted or thrown balls and bats and other objects can enter spectator areas with great force. Risk cannot be avoided if you attend games or the Event.
