- A personalized message on the Center field Column Scoreboard at Globe Life Field during the end of the 4th inning at a Texas Rangers home game, using one of our introductory greetings
- Our selection of introductory greetings are listed below:
- “Welcome ___”
- “Happy Birthday _”
- “Happy Anniversary _”
- “Congratulations ___”
- Messages will include one of four greetings, followed by a personalized second line of 30 characters or less including spaces and punctuation. Your message will be displayed in ALL CAPS [See the Message Content section of the Frequently Asked Questions below for clarification]
- Please note: Space is limited and advanced purchase is required. Some seat locations have an obstructed view of the scoreboard. [See Frequently Asked Questions below for a list of sections with obstructed views]
“How To” on purchasing scoreboard messages
- Click the buy now button
- Select and purchase the type of message you would like to purchase
- After purchasing one of the introductory greetings, you will receive a confirmation email, confirming the purchase.
- An email from our promotions team will be sent prior to the day of your selected game to confirm your personalization
- Personalization closes 48 hours prior to first pitch. Any messages purchased without personalization will display as a generic message.
Frequently Asked Questions
ORDERING INFORMATION - HOW DO I PURCHASE A SCOREBOARD MESSAGE?
There are a limited number of messages available each game, so order your message in advance. Messages are first come, first served pending message subject approval.
MESSAGE DISPLAY - WHEN WILL MY SCOREBOARD MESSAGE BE SHOWN?
Video board messages will be shown at the end of the 4th inning and the middle of the 8th inning. In some cases, messages may continue running the next half inning while the game is not in play.
ORDERING DEADLINES - WHEN CAN I PURCHASE A SCOREBOARD MESSAGE?
Video board message requests must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to game time.
MESSAGE CONTENT - WHAT SHOULD MY MESSAGE SAY?
The Texas Rangers reserve the right to edit any message if necessary. Messages that are obscene, offensive, include foul language or refer to any other Major League Baseball organization or other professional sports teams will not be accepted. Additionally, messages may not include the name of any MLB player. The message cannot be used for commercial purposes including advertising, however, you may welcome a group or company who is attending the game.
Proposals are not allowed and will not be approved.
Be sure to confirm the spelling and language of your message is correct once you receive the personalization email. Any edits to your message must be submitted within 48 hours prior to your purchased game time and are subject to approval.
AVAILABLE DATES - I DON’T SEE MY DESIRED DATE AVAILABLE, WHY?
If you do not see the game listed, you have missed the deadline to order or all of the available messages have been sold. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. After purchase someone from our promotions team will email the purchaser confirming the details of the message.
REFUNDS - ARE REFUNDS POSSIBLE?
There are no refunds for video board messages. If your game is rescheduled, the message will be played during the make-up game.
ARE THERE SEATS WITH OBSTRUCTED VIEWS OF THE CENTER FIELD COLUMN SCOREBOARD?
Yes, the following seats and sections may not be able to see the Center field Column Scoreboard:
- Sections 27-33, 101, 102, 135-142, 201-204, 240-244, SB1, & SB2
- Rows 1-14 in Sections 128,129, & 132
- Rows 1-17 in Sections 130 & 131
- Rows 9-16 in Section 1
DOES MY SCOREBOARD MESSAGE COME WITH A RANGERS GAME TICKETS?
No, purchasing a scoreboard message does not include the cost of tickets. Tickets may be purchased separately at rangers.com/tickets
