Ticket Exchange Policy

Advanced Ticket & Parking Exchanges

• Season Ticket Members may exchange tickets from their 2024 season package(s) up to 48 hours prior to the date they wish to exchange out of using the Exchange feature in their My Rangers Tickets account
• Exchanges made 48 hours prior to the scheduled game may be exchanged into games that are listed as the same tier or listed as a lower tier
• Same tier exchanges: ¡°A¡± tier can exchange into ¡°A¡± tier, ¡°B¡± tier into ¡°B¡± tier, etc
• Higher tier to lower tier exchange: ¡°A and B¡± tiered games can exchange into a lower tiered game. IMPORTANT: If you choose to exchange a higher tiered game into a lower tiered game this will be considered an even exchange (your account will not be credited the difference)
• Exchanging from a lower tiered game into higher tiered game will be unavailable
• If an exchange is made but the same price scale is unavailable, you will be able to downgrade your seating location to complete your exchange. IMPORTANT: if you choose to downgrade your seating location to complete an exchange this will be considered an even exchange (your account will not be credited the difference)
• If you choose to upgrade your location during the exchange process the value of your tickets will be applied to your newly selected seats and the difference will be due at checkout. You may use any available credit on your account to pay the difference, if applicable
• Opening Day is a stand-alone tier and will not be eligible for exchanging out of or exchanging into
• All advanced tickets can be exchanged only once
• Advanced parking exchanges fall under the same game tiering system as tickets
• Advanced reserved parking exchanges will be moved into general season pass lot

Unused Ticket & Parking Exchanges

• Unused tickets are considered tickets from your 2024 season package(s) that were not scanned into a game
• These tickets may be exchanged for $1 per ticket for a ticket in the 300 level or $10 per ticket for a ticket in the Corner Pavilion and Outfield Pavilion, subject to availability
• All unused tickets can be exchanged only once for Sunday-Thursday ¡°C¡± tiered games, subject to availability
• Unused reserved or general season parking exchanges fall under the same Sunday-Thursday ¡°C¡± tiered game availability and must be exchanged into general public parking lots for $1 per pass
• To exchange unused tickets and parking, please send an email to [email protected] with the details of what unused game you would like to exchange and what game you would like to exchange into

My Rangers Tickets

All Lone Star Members have online access to their accounts through My Rangers Tickets with the following features:

• Manage and view all tickets in your Rangers account
• Easily exchange your tickets and parking passes from your season package(s)
• Digitally forward tickets by email to family and friends
• Take advantage of pre-sale opportunities or special ticket offers
• Sell tickets in a secure online environment
• Donate your tickets to currently serving Military and Veterans through Vet Tix

Additional Tickets

• Full, Half and 20-Game Plan members may purchase additional game tickets at the discounted Lone Star Member prices online through their personal My Rangers Ticket account, by calling the season ticket member hotline (817-533-1628 x2), or visiting the SE box office during normal hours of operations (listed below). Season ticket members receive a 10% savings off individual game prices, and will not pay service fees when ordering over the phone or at the box office.

Donate Your Tickets

• The Texas Rangers are partnered with Vet Tix to provide an exclusive opportunity for Lone Star Members to donate their tickets to our troops. Donating your tickets is simple through your My Rangers Tickets account.

MLB Ballpark app ?

The MLB Ballpark app is the best way to personalize any trip to Globe Life Field. You can easily:

Lone Star Member ID Card

• Your Lone Star Member ID card is good for a 10% discount on individual ticket purchases made at the Southeast Box Office windows at Globe Life Field, a 15% merchandise discount at Globe Life Field (exclusions apply), a 20% food and beverage discount at Globe Life Field during Texas Rangers regular season baseball games, and Lone Star Member entries located at Globe Life Field. Your digital Lone Star Member ID card can be accessed through the MLB Ballpark app.

Season Ticket Ownership, Renewal Privileges & Non-Transfer Policy

• In order to maintain the integrity of the upgrade process, season ticket purchasing privileges are non-transferable. Therefore, Lone Star Members may not reassign the rights to their seats by way of gift, barter or sale. The option to renew a particular seat location is afforded solely to the company or person who made the original purchase of those seats.

Account Update

• Use the My Account Tab to update your account information including password, e-mail address, phone number, credit card information, e-mail confirmation preferences, etc.

Ticket Broker Policy

• Texas Rangers tickets, season tickets, group tickets, and suite tickets are non-transferable licenses, revocable at will by the Texas Rangers, and may not be resold or offered for resale in any manner not expressly authorized by the Texas Rangers. Unless otherwise approved by the Texas Rangers in our sole discretion, Texas Rangers ticket packages, including full, half, 20 game plans, and suite tickets, may not be purchased by anyone with the intent to broker such tickets. If the Texas Rangers suspect, in our sole discretion, that you are brokering or attempting to broker all or any portion of your Rangers season tickets, group tickets, or suite tickets in violation of the terms of our tickets, we reserve the right to revoke the license granted by your tickets and/or deny all or any portion of the Lone Star Member Benefits at any time, including without limitation, denying you access to All-Star and Postseason tickets.

Game Day Suite Rental
A suite rental is the perfect solution for client entertainment, special events, meetings, birthday parties, reward programs, and business incentives. Suites are available to accommodate almost any size of group and include food and beverage packages/credits, parking passes, and game programs. Resale of Texas Rangers tickets is permitted through approved channels. The Rangers adhere to a ticket broker policy that can be found above. By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is NOT permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District. This includes Globe Life Field, as well as all surrounding grounds and parking areas. Tickets may be resold online through SeatGeek by accessing your My Rangers Tickets account and posting directly through your account. Suite tickets may not be resold.
