Arlington, Texas ¡ª Rangers Sports Network presented by Progressive (RSN) today announced viewership figures surrounding the network¡¯s Opening Day broadcast.
The Texas Rangers' Opening Day broadcast on Rangers Sports Network saw a 51%* increase in average household rating and a 44%* rise in households tuning in across the DFW market, as measured by Nielsen, compared to the 2024 Bally Sports Southwest season average. Viewership surged across platforms, driving a 182%** increase in linear viewing impressions in the DFW market (Nielsen). Rangers Sports Network¡¯s partnership with streaming service Victory+ resulted in another 179,000 viewers across the Rangers; five-state viewing territory (Victory+).

TWO ADDITIONAL RSN PROVIDERS AGREE TO CARRIAGE DEALS: Rangers Sports Network has signed agreements with television providers Vyve Broadband and GEUS. Both providers are expected to add RSN to their channel lineups by mid-April. Vyve services markets throughout the Rangers television territory while GEUS services Greenville, Texas.
Rangers Sports Network presented by Progressive offers options to fans to access local game broadcasts through traditional providers, the Victory+ streaming service, and a package of free over-the-air games. The club currently has agreements to air games on DIRECTV satellite, satellite-free streaming, and U-verse, as well as Spectrum, Fubo, Astound, Vyve Broadband, and GEUS. RSN has agreements with Nexstar Media Group and Gray Media for 15 over-the-air broadcasts carried on stations throughout the club's television territory, including Nexstar-owned KDAF-TV CW33 in the Dallas-Ft.
