Osuna, 22, batted .292/.362/.507/.869 (119-408) with 18 home runs, 24 doubles, 61 RBI, and 36 walks in 102 games between Hickory (A+) and Frisco (AA) in 2024. He finished the campaign ranked among Texas farmhands (min. 300 PA) in slugging pct. (1st), OPS (1st), runs (T2nd, 77), and total bases (T2nd, 207), while his 18 home runs, 61 RBI, and 119 hits were all career-high marks. Following a promotion to Double-A on June 28, the Ahome, Mexico native slashed .306/.379/.523/.902 (72-235) with 9 home runs and 32 RBI for Frisco. Osuna, who is currently ranked as the no. 16 prospect in the Rangers organization, was signed by Texas as a non-drafted free agent on October 6, 2020.

Rosario, 22, combined to go 4-5, 2.24 ERA (22 ER/88.1 IP) with 129 strikeouts and 13 walks across 18 appearances/17 starts with Down East (A) and Hickory in 2024. His 129 strikeouts were the 4th most among Texas minor leaguers (148-Kohl Drake, 138-Winston Santos, 134-Ryan Lobus). The right-hander posted a 9.92 strikeout-to-walk ratio this season, which is the highest single-season mark by a Rangers farmhand since it was first tracked in 2005 (min. 80.0 IP). He recorded a career-high 11 strikeouts in the Wood Ducks¡¯ 3-0 victory on June 1 vs. Fredericksburg (W, 6.0 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 11 SO), which was tied for the 3rd-highest single-game total by a Rangers minor leaguer in 2024. The Miami, Fla. native was originally selected by the Rangers in the 5th Round of the 2023 MLB Draft out of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Fla. and is tabbed as the Rangers¡¯ no. 3 prospect by MLB Pipeline.

Magdaleno, 23, went 6-3 with 9 saves, a 1.27 ERA (6 ER/42.2 IP), and 68 strikeouts in 36 relief outings between Down East, Hickory, and Frisco in 2024. He ranked among Texas minor league pitchers (min. 40.0 IP) in ERA (1st), opponent¡¯s batting average (1st, .134), strikeouts per 9.0 (2nd, 14.34), saves (2nd, 9), and WHIP (2nd, 0.94). The left-hander allowed only one hit over 17 consecutive scoreless outings to end his season (beg. 7/3), combining for 21.0 SHO IP in that span. Magdaleno was signed by Texas as a non-drafted free agent out of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on August 23, 2019.

Freeman, 23, appeared in 123 games this season for Frisco, making starts defensively at third base (102), designated hitter (13), and second base (7). He committed just 4 errors in 284 total chances for a .986 fielding percentage, while turning 34 double plays. The 23-year-old did not commit an error until his 60th game of the season, converting 127 consecutive chances to begin his campaign. The Pomona, Calif. native was selected by Texas in the 4th round of the 2019 MLB Draft.

The True Ranger award, which was established in 2019, highlights a player who represents the core values of the organization in a positive light both on and off the field. Biggers, 27, spent the entire season with Round Rock (AAA) batting .266 (93-349) with 52 RBI over 116 games in his sixth professional campaign. The Missouri City, Tex. native was originally selected by the Rangers in the 8th round of the 2018 MLB draft out of the University of Arkansas.
