President, REV Entertainment & Executive Vice President, Sports & Entertainment
Sean Decker serves as the President of REV Entertainment, a full-service sports, events, and entertainment company, as well as the Executive Vice President, Sports & Entertainment for the Texas Rangers.
REV Entertainment, the official events partner of the Texas Rangers, has distinguished itself as an industry leader in driving meaningful attendance to venues across the United States. Under DeckerĄ¯s leadership, the full-service company has expanded to include several entities focused on enhancing the events and entertainment business nationwide, including REV Production Services, REV Sports Management, REV Food Service, and REV Sports Marketing. These verticals are focused on driving revenue, booking venues, generating development, operating professional sports franchises, and venue management.
Over the last three years, REV Entertainment has filled the calendar at both Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium and established the venues as a premier sports and entertainment destination. The facilities hosted, produced, and operated the College Baseball Showdown, The American Rodeo, Phillips 66 Big 12 Baseball Championship, professional and collegiate football, professional and amateur soccer, rugby, amateur wrestling, outdoor and indoor music events, and nine sold-out concerts, including Morgan Wallen, Elton John, Lady Gaga, and Sir Paul McCartney.
Decker has established relationships with some of the top names in the events and entertainment industry including Live Nation, AEG, Teton Ridge, Big 12 Conference, and United Football League to name a few.
Decker joined the Rangers in 2010 and has served in a variety of roles including Senior Vice President, Operations & Events, and Rangers Vice President, Ballpark Operations.
A native of Grapevine, Texas, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Studies from Tarleton State University. Sean was honored with TarletonĄ¯s Outstanding Young Alumnus of the Year award in 2023. Sean and his wife, Renni, have two sons, Rhett & Reed, and reside in Colleyville.
