President, REV Entertainment & Executive Vice President, Sports & Entertainment
Sean Decker serves as the President of REV Entertainment, a full-service sports, events, and entertainment company, as well as the Executive Vice President, Sports & Entertainment for the Texas Rangers.
REV Entertainment, the official sports and entertainment partner of the Texas Rangers, has expanded under Decker¡¯s leadership to include several verticals focused on enhancing the events and entertainment business nationwide: REV Events, REV Sports Management, REV Sports Marketing, and REV Production Services.
REV Events hosts a diverse portfolio of concerts, sporting events, and private events, bringing year-round entertainment to Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, and other venues around the country. Under Decker, REV has established relationships with some of the top names in the events and entertainment industry ¨C including Live Nation, AEG, Teton Ridge, Big 12 Conference, and the United Football League to name a few ¨C and has spearheaded efforts to bring first-of-its-kind events to Arlington, including The Grand Prix of Arlington (March 2026), AEW All In: Texas (July 2025), and more.
REV Sports Management owns a growing portfolio of minor league baseball and hockey teams, working within team markets to enhance the fan experience, increase operational efficiencies, and drive revenue. In addition, REV oversees operations for a growing list of partner venues, including Mansfield Stadium (Mansfield, TX) and The Arena at Innovation Mile (Noblesville, IN), providing the tools to scale, market, and grow their brand and revenue.
REV Production Services is a full-service event flooring company that works with top flooring and event infrastructure companies, and some of the biggest names and shows in the entertainment industry. Established in 2023, REV Sports Marketing is the company¡¯s newest division and serves as REV¡¯s partnership, sponsorship sales, and brand consultation wing.
Decker has led REV Entertainment since its inception and guides the vision of these four entities. A native of Grapevine, Texas, he originally joined the Rangers organization in 2010. Decker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Studies from Tarleton State University, and was honored with Tarleton¡¯s Outstanding Young Alumnus of the Year award in 2023. Sean and his wife, Renni, have two sons, Rhett & Reed, and reside in Colleyville.
