Texas Rangers Golden Chicket (The "Offer")

Starting on April 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Time (the ¡°Offer Period Commencement Date¡±), a total of three hundred (300) mezzanine-level tickets (each, a ¡°Golden Ticket¡±, and collectively, the ¡°Golden Tickets¡±) will be offered (this ¡°Offer¡±) by Rangers Baseball LLC (the ¡°Rangers¡±) for eligible fans (¡°Eligible Fans¡±) to purchase online at Rangers.com (the ¡°Purchase Form¡±) for the Rangers home game scheduled to occur on April 28, 2025 (the ¡°Golden Ticket Game¡±). The Golden Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Once all three hundred (300) Golden Tickets have been purchased by Eligible Fans, the opportunity to purchase Golden Tickets will automatically terminate (the ¡°Offer Period Expiration Date¡±), with the Rangers¡¯ computer being the official clock for this Offer. The period from the Offer Period Commencement Date to the Offer Period Expiration Date shall be referred to herein as the ¡°Offer Period¡±. Each Eligible Fan may purchase no more than four (4) Golden Tickets (the ¡°Limit¡±) at a price determined by the Rangers (the ¡°Golden Ticket Price¡±), subject to availability. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Rangers are not Eligible Fans and will not be eligible for purchasing Golden Tickets. There is no guarantee that any Eligible Fan will be able to purchase any Golden Tickets.

In the event the Rangers lose the Golden Ticket Game, this Offer will automatically terminate, except as otherwise determined by the Rangers and communicated to Eligible Fans.

In the event the Rangers win the Golden Ticket Game, all Eligible Fans who purchased Golden Tickets will receive the same number of complimentary mezzanine-level tickets for the Rangers¡¯ next home game scheduled to occur on April 29, 2025 (the ¡°Second Home Game¡±). For example, if an Eligible Fan purchased two (2) Golden Tickets for the Golden Ticket Game, and the Rangers win the Golden Ticket Game, that Eligible Fan will receive two (2) complimentary mezzanine-level tickets for the Second Home Game. In the event the Rangers lose the Second Home Game, this Offer will automatically terminate. In the event the Rangers win the Second Home Game, all Eligible Fans who purchased Golden Tickets will receive the same number of complimentary mezzanine-level tickets for the Rangers¡¯ next home game scheduled to occur on April 30, 2025 (the ¡°Third Home Game¡±). For example, if an Eligible Fan purchased two (2) Golden Tickets for the Golden Ticket Game, and the Rangers win the Golden Ticket Game and the Second Home Game, that Eligible Fan will receive two (2) complimentary mezzanine-level tickets for the Third Home Game. The foregoing ¡°win and continue¡± pattern will continue to repeat until the Rangers lose their next home game, at which point this Offer will automatically terminate.

In order to participate in this Offer, an Eligible Fan must pay the Golden Ticket Price per Golden Ticket purchased, not to exceed the Limit. There is no assurance that any particular Eligible Fan will receive a Golden Ticket. The likelihood of receiving the opportunity to purchase a Golden Ticket through this Offer depends on the number of Golden Tickets already purchased by Eligible Fans during the Offer Period. Eligible Fans who purchase a Golden Ticket may not transfer this ticket purchase opportunity.?The credit card billing address used to purchase your Golden Ticket(s) must match the address provided on the Purchase Form. Any purchase for which the credit card billing address used does not match the address provided on the Purchase Form is subject to cancellation and ticket forfeiture without notice.

Golden Tickets purchased in connection with this Offer are for personal use only and may not be resold or used for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Submissions for an opportunity to purchase Golden Tickets under this Offer have no monetary value and have no cash redemptions or substitutions. All Golden Tickets purchased through this Offer are subject to the standard terms and conditions governing Rangers tickets, available at Rangers.com/ticketback.

In order to be eligible for this Offer, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states/territories/provinces where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of purchase. In addition, you must complete and submit the Purchase Form during the Offer Period. Limit one (1) submitted Purchase Form per person. In the case of multiple Purchase Forms submitted for the same individual, only the first submitted Purchase Form received will be considered. Only Eligible Fans who submitted an online Purchase Form during the Offer Period will be eligible to receive Golden Tickets. Submissions generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. nor the Rangers are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected or for submissions not received due to lost, failed, delayed, or interrupted connections.

NOTE: MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Rangers, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All Golden Tickets purchased in connection with this Offer shall be subject to those policies applicable to Rangers ticket holders generally; as such, the Rangers from time to time in its sole discretion may amend those policies. Use of any MLB ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Rangers. The terms and conditions of the tickets will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by MLB, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Eligible Fans agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with this Offer. The Rangers and the other MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any Eligible Fan and/or guest(s) who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. The Rangers and the other MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any MLB game/event/exhibition. MLB game/event/exhibition tickets supplied as part of this Offer may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and ticket forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

Only Eligible Fans that have submitted the Purchase Form during the Offer Period will have the opportunity, subject to availability, to purchase Golden Tickets through this Offer.

Notification of selection as a Golden Ticket recipient and receipt of email does not guarantee Golden Tickets for the Golden Ticket Game. Golden Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

This Offer is subject to the MLB¡¯s Terms of Use and the information you provide will be treated in accordance with the MLB¡¯s Privacy Policy.

By participating in this Offer, each participant waives and releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, the Rangers, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, lenders, advertisers, promotional agencies, directors, members, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, agents, employees, advisors, successors and assignees, and each individual or entity or sponsor associated with the development and execution of this Offer, from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) any failure of a Golden Ticket to be provided for any reason; (b) the actions of participants or any other individuals in connection with this Offer; (c) injury or damage to such participant¡¯s or other individual's computer(s), mobile device(s), or other equipment as a result of participation in this Offer; (d) any loss, use, or disclosure of any submission and/or any submission data; (e) any participation in an opportunity to purchase Golden Tickets or any related activity; or (f) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any opportunity to purchase Golden Tickets in connection with this Offer, including, without limitation, claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or liability for physical injury, death, or property damage. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the BOC, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.
