Silver Sluggers Redemption Information

Redemption Instructions:

1. Log in to your "My Rockies Account" using the email address on your Silver Sluggers account.
   • PLEASE NOTE that after your initial purchase, you will have to sign out of your account and then sign back in to gain access to voucher redemption. This is the only time that you will have to sign out.
2. Select ¡°EXCHANGE Vouchers¡± on the main page of My Rockies Account. If you do not see ¡°EXCHANGE Vouchers¡±, select the Rockies logo in the upper left corner of your screen.
3. Under My Events, click ¡®Select Event¡¯ next to ¡°2025 Silver Sluggers Vouchers¡±.
4. Select the purple ¡°EXCHANGE¡± button in the upper right corner (you will be exchanging the General Admission vouchers for Silver Sluggers game tickets).
5. Select the Number of General Admission vouchers you want to redeem for a single game and select ¡°Continue¡±.
   • PLEASE NOTE that you can only redeem one game at a time. Select only the number of vouchers you would like to exchange for each game separately.
6. Select the game you want to redeem for, select your seats, and select ¡°Continue to Checkout¡±.
   • PLEASE NOTE that you need to select the accessible seat button above the seat map to view available accessible seats.
7. Follow the prompts to complete the checkout process.
   • PLEASE NOTE that you will need to ¡°Checkout¡± after selecting tickets for each game.
8. Once you submit your order, your tickets will appear under ¡°My Events¡± in your account under the game you selected.
9. To redeem vouchers for your next game, select ¡°My Events¡± and click ¡°Select Event¡± next to ¡°2025 Silver Sluggers Vouchers¡±. Repeat this process from step 4.

Please Note: Tickets will not be available to view or manage on the MLB Ballpark app until March 2025. All Silver Sluggers credit must be used during the 2025 season.
