Queens of the Diamond

Join us on Thursday, August 29th at the Kansas City Urban Youth Academy (KCUYA) for our 6th Annual Queens of the Diamond, where teams compete in a three-game softball tournament. You have the opportunity to be coached by Royals alumni to help bring the trophy back to your office! You won¡¯t want to miss this unique women¡¯s event filled with networking, food and drinks, amazing prizes, and the opportunity to learn more about the KCUYA¡¯s mission. All proceeds from the event will benefit girls¡¯ softball and academic enrichment.

The Kansas City Urban Youth Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, empowers Kansas City¡¯s urban youth through baseball and softball, as well as academic and social opportunities to become the leaders of tomorrow.

The Academy is committed to providing a safe, positive environment and surrounds youth participants with coaches, mentors and role models to help them succeed on and off the field ¨C while growing the games of baseball and softball in the urban community.
