Ticket Exchange Program
The Twins ticket exchange program allows you and the people you share your MyTwins Membership with to fully access exchanges through your MyTickets account.
- Ability to upgrade into higher tiers! You have the ability to exchange into higher tiered games throughout the 2025 season. This allows you to go from a Tier 9 game into a Tier 1 game and pay the difference in price at the MyTwins Member discounted price.
- Home Opener 每 You can now exchange into the 2025 Home Opener through the exchange process.
- Exchange any game 每 You may still exchange game tickets into another game of equal or lesser tiered value at no additional cost.
- 24-Hour Exchange 每 Tickets can be exchanged up until 24 hours prior to the start of the game you're exchanging out of and into.
- Upgrade your seats 每 Exchange your tickets into the same game or another game, and use the value to upgrade your tickets, and pay the upgrade difference. For example, take 2 tickets with the value of $100 and exchange it into a higher-priced area with a value of $120, and use your $100 value and pay the $20 for the upgraded seats.
- Access more tickets 每 Exchange your tickets into the same game or another game and use the value to get more tickets for the game. For example, take 4 tickets with the value of $50 each ($200) and exchange it for a lower-priced area and get 8 tickets valued at $25 ($200).

Please note:
- The Weekend Plans, Flex Plans and Pick 10 Plans are not eligible for the Ticket Exchange program.
- Exchanges can be made for any upcoming game into a game of higher, same or lesser game tier (please note if you exchange into a lesser game tier, you will lose the value of the ticket price and a credit will not be provided). View game tiers ?
- Upgraded tickets into a higher seating area will be paid at the difference of the tiered value of the season ticket price with no additional service charges.
- Ticket exchanges are for future games only.
- Tickets exchanges and seat options will be based on ticket availability.
- Tickets for your exchanged game will be emailed to the address on your account.
- If the tickets you are exchanging are currently listed for re-sale you must delete this listing to complete your ticket exchange request.
- Champions Club and Delta Sky360 Suite Members: Due to the sold out status of these exclusive spaces, tickets for selected games will be in the best available non-Champions Club and non-Delta Sky360 Suite locations, respectively. Parking, food, beverage and any other benefits associated will not be included.
