Pick-Up Members
If you selected in-person pick-up, your Buddies badge will be mailed to you as usual. However, the full kit will not be available for pick-up until Astros FanFest on Saturday, January 25, 2025.
*Please note: After FanFest, the kit will only be available to pick-up at Astros home games or by coordinating a pick-up date and time with an Astros representative.
Shipping Members
For members who selected shipping, your Buddies badge will be shipped beforehand and separately from your kit. Your kit will be sent out in mid-January.

FanFest
If purchased online by 4:00pm CT on Wednesday, January 8th, your Buddies badge will be mailed as usual, allowing your Buddies member to participate in exclusive opportunities at the 2025 Astros FanFest on Saturday, January 25th. USPS estimates delivery by Friday, January 24th; however, delivery dates and times are not guaranteed.
If you would prefer to purchase day of FanFest, Buddies membership will be available to do so in-person. The Buddies booths are located on the main concourse at Section 106/107 & Section 131/132.
**ALL MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE:** If you lose, forget, or do not receive your Buddies badge by the time of FanFest, replacement badges will NOT be issued on the day of the event. You may check-in with staff at the Buddies booths (Section 106/107 & Section 131/132) to either pick up your kit (pick-up members ONLY) or to confirm your membership. Once confirmed, staff will provide your Buddies member with a designated colored wristband (in place of the badge) to participate in the exclusive Buddies opportunities offered at FanFest.
