Access Guide for Guests With Disabilities
Sutter Health Park is dedicated to providing an enjoyable and accessible experience for guests with disabilities or special needs. We strive to ensure that every guest feels comfortable and valued throughout their visit.
We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment by offering:
- Accessible seating in all price ranges
- Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
- Designated disability drop-off areas
- Closed captioning on video boards
- Priority elevator access for guests with disabilities
- Family restrooms with private spaces
- Wheelchair escorts to and from seating areas
ADA Procedures & Accommodations
Assistive Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices are available for guests with hearing impairments. These devices can be picked up at the Guest Services office, located on the main concourse behind Section 113. Additional listening support is available via the ListenWIFI app, which can be accessed through the ballpark's WiFi. For assistance with connecting to the app, Guest Services attendants at the office behind Section 113 are happy to help.
Door Times
General Ballpark Gates open 1.5 hours prior to game time and 2 hours prior to game time for Season Ticket Members. Gate times are subject to change and will be updated on the website in the event of a change.
Elevators
Guests with disabilities receive elevator priority at the ballpark. Guests can access all levels of the ballpark ¨C Diamond View Dugout, Main Concourse, and Suite Level ¨C using the elevator found inside the Suite Entrance, located on the main concourse behind Section 113.
Emergency Evacuations
Our Security and Guest Services Team Members are thoroughly trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure your safety. In the event of an emergency requiring evacuation, detailed instructions will be provided on the video board, announced over the public address system, and communicated through assistive listening devices for guests who require them.
First Aid
The First Aid Station is located on the main concourse behind Section 113. In addition to this station, the ballpark is staffed with highly trained EMT personnel stationed throughout the venue and on call to provide immediate medical attention if needed. Fans requiring assistance can approach any Security or Guest Services Team Member for help.
Guest Services Stations
All events at Sutter Health Park feature Guest Services Team Members who are trained to assist guests with disabilities and provide direction, assistance, and other services to ensure a smooth experience. Team Members are stationed throughout the ballpark and can be approached for help at any time. The primary Guest Services Station is located on the main concourse behind Section 113, where guests can receive additional assistance or information.
Purchasing Seats
Single-game tickets for Athletics games can be purchased online or at the Ticket Office, (located at 400 Ballpark Drive, West Sacramento, CA 95691). For groups of 10 or more, including guests with disabilities, please email tickets@sutterhealthpark.com for assistance. Every effort will be made to provide seats adjacent to accessible seating locations for the entire party attending the event. Accessible tickets can also be purchased directly at the Ticket Office.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at the ballpark in West Sacramento. In accordance with U.S. ADA regulations, guests with disabilities may bring a dog or miniature horse that is individually trained to perform specific tasks or work for the guest. The tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guestĄ¯s disability. Please note that animals for emotional support or companionship are not permitted inside the park.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchair storage is available for request at both the Home Plate Gate and Right Field Gate, and inside the ballpark at the Guest Services Station, located behind Section 113. Wheelchair escorts to and from seats are also provided upon request, and can be coordinated.
