MVP Awards
Fresh off one of the greatest offensive performances ever by a right-handed hitter, Aaron Judge unanimously won his second AL MVP Award in three years after pacing MLB with 58 HRs, 144 RBIs, a .458 OBP and a .701 SLG.
Shohei Ohtani claimed his third MVP and his first in the NL -- in a unanimous vote -- on the strength of a 50-homer, 50-steal season, slashing .310/.390/.646 in becoming the first full-time DH to earn the award.
Cy Young Awards
A constant atop the rotation for the upstart Tigers, a fully healthy Tarik Skubal made the leap in 2024 to earn the AL Cy Young Award, logging an 18-4 record and fanning an MLB-high 228 in 192 innings with a league-best 2.39 ERA in winning the pitching Triple Crown.
Veteran lefty Chris Sale reclaimed his elite status in his first year in Atlanta by going 18-3 (a career-high in wins) with an MLB-best 2.38 ERA and an NL-best 225 strikeouts in his 177 2/3 innings as he claimed the NL Cy Young Award.
Rookie of the Year Awards
Luis Gil became the 10th Yankee to win AL Rookie of the Year after completing a 15-win campaign, which included 171 strikeouts in 151 2/3 innings over 29 starts.
Paul Skenes exceeded massive expectations to go 11-3 with a 1.96 ERA and a Pirates rookie record 170 strikeouts en route to NL Rookie of the Year honors less than a year after he was drafted first overall.
Manager of the Year Awards
Stephen Vogt became the fastest person to go from player to Manager of the Year in MLB history, earning AL honors after guiding Cleveland to the ALCS in his first year at the helm only two years after he played his last game.
In his first full season as an MLB skipper after an extensive coaching career, Pat Murphy overcame significant offseason departures and injuries in Milwaukee to guide the Brewers to a 93-win season and the NL Manager of the Year Award.
Aaron Awards
Yankees superstar Aaron Judge (AL) and Dodgers counterpart Shohei Ohtani (NL) added to their respective crowded trophy cases when they were named the 2024 Hank Aaron Award winners. The Hank Aaron Award annually recognizes the best offensive performer in the American and National League.
Clemente Award
In recognition of his extraordinary efforts to build healthy and active communities in his native Venezuela, Kansas City and beyond, Royals captain Salvador Perez was named the Roberto Clemente Award winner. The honor is bestowed annually to the player who best represents the game of baseball through extraordinary character, community involvement, philanthropy and positive contributions, both on and off the field.

Outstanding DH
As he rehabbed from Tommy John surgery, Dodgers slugger Shohei Ohtani became just the second player to win the the Outstanding DH Award a fourth consecutive season on the strength of an unprecedented 50-50 season at the plate.
Comeback Players
Coming off four injury-plagued seasons, Braves lefty Chris Sale tied the MLB lead in wins (18) and led baseball in ERA (2.38) in his age-35 campaign to win the NL Comeback Player of the Year. Garrett Crochet fanned 35.1% of opposing batters for the White Sox in his first year as a starter and first full season after '22 Tommy John surgery to earn AL honors.
Relievers of the Year
Guardians closer Emmanuel Clase earned AL Reliever of the Year after logging a 0.61 ERA, the third-lowest mark in a season (min. 50 IP), with an 0.66 WHIP and 47 saves. NL hardware went to the Cards' Ryan Helsley, who set a Cardinals mark with 49 saves to go along with a 2.04 ERA and 79 strikeouts in 66 1/3 innings.
Executive of the Year
Despite dealing their ace and losing their manager to a division rival, Brewers senior vice president and GM Matt Arnold helped lead Milwaukee to a 93-win season and earned the club's first Executive of the Year Award.
Postseason Awards
ALCS MVP
On the strength of four key home runs in the ALCS -- his only hits of the series -- including a 446-foot rocket to tie the decisive Game 5, Yankees slugger Giancarlo Stanton earned MVP honors.
NLCS MVP
On a Dodgers club stocked with superstars, it was midseason pickup Tommy Edman who came away with MVP hardware after he hit .407 (11-for-27) in the NLCS, collecting a hit in all six games and driving in 11 runs.
World Series MVP
Dodgers veteran Freddie Freeman tied a World Series record with 12 RBIs and became just the second player to homer in four straight Fall Classic games -- including the first walk-off slam in Series history -- all en route to MVP honors.
Players Choice Awards
The players have spoken and they rewarded Yankees slugger Aaron Judge with Player of the Year honors, in addition to being named Outstanding American League Player. Shohei Ohtani earned top NL honors.
Heart & Hustle Award
Awarded to a player who demonstrates "a passion for the game of baseball and best embodies the values, spirit and traditions of the game,Ħħ Bobby Witt Jr. was named the winner of the Heart & Hustle Award, as voted on by retired and active MLB players.

All-Star Game MVP
Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran etched his name in the Midsummer Classic record books, seizing MVP honors with a go-ahead two-run homer that lifted the AL to a 5-3 win in the 94th All-Star Game at Globe Life Field. The Statcast-projected 413-foot blast in the fifth came in his first career ASG plate appearance.
