What is the difference between Jr. Jays Sundays and Jr. Jays Club?
- Jr. Jays Sundays - Jr. Jays Sundays take place every Sunday home game, with the exception of Fan Appreciation Weekend, and feature games, activities and prizes for all kids aged 14 and under. Jr. Jays Sundays and all its activities is a free program included with a valid game ticket.
- Jr. Jays Club - Jr. Jays Club is a membership program that enhances the experience with exclusive benefits during Jr. Jays Sundays and select Saturday games, along with special opportunities and prizes beyond game days.
How do I access my 50% off Jr. Jays ticket offer?
After registering to be a Jr. Jays Club or Jr. Jays Club All-Star member you will be able to access your ticket offer all season long from the Jr. Jays Club Hub in the parent/guardian portal.
On the main page of each Jr. Jays Club account, there is a button titled ¡°50% OFF JR. JAYS TICKETS¡±. Upon clicking on this button, you will be redirected to the Ticketmaster page.
Please Note: Discount offer is strictly available for kids aged 14 and under and is limited to 6 tickets per season.
How much does a Jr. Jays Club All-Star Membership cost?
All-Star Memberships are available for purchase online by clicking here or at Gate 5 Jays Shop for $35.99.
Can I pick up my Jr. Jays All-Star Membership that I purchased online at a Jays Shop location?
At this time we are not offering an in-store pick up option for All-Star Memberships that are purchased online. All-Star Memberships available at Jays Shop are exclusively for in-store purchases only. If you purchase your All-Star Membership online, your membership merchandise will be shipped to you within 2-3 weeks after purchase to the address provided upon registration.
I purchased a Jr. Jays All-Star Membership at Rogers Centre, how do I activate my membership online?
To activate your Jr. Jays Club All-Star Membership, please click here. After setting up your guardian profile, you'll establish your Jr. Jays account, where you'll choose the "Jr. Jays All-Star Membership" option.
Following this, you will proceed to the payment section, where you'll input the Gift Code found on your activation card in your backpack. By completing this activation process, your balance will be reduced to zero. Your Gift Code can be found attached inside the Jr. Jays Club kit backpack.
How many Jr. Jays Club Memberships can I register?
Each parent/guardian profile can register up to 10 Jr. Jays Club or All-Star memberships.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the purchase date for membership items to be delivered. Please note that while we strive to deliver your order promptly, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as high demand or shipping disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
What do I do if I haven¡¯t received my Jr. Jays Club Membership after 3 weeks?

I entered the wrong shipping address when purchasing my All-Star Membership online, what should I do?
Do not worry ¨C please email jrjaysclub@bluejays.com with the correct shipping address and a representative will make the adjustments accordingly prior to shipment.
Can I purchase a Jr. Jays Club All-Star Membership as a gift?
Yes! Just provide us with the mailing address and name of the child(ren) you would like the membership sent to when purchasing the membership online.
Do Jr. Jays Club and Jr. Jays Club All-Star Memberships expire?
Yes - all memberships are unique to the season and expire at the end of the regular season. Each Spring, new Jr. Jays Club and All-Star Memberships will be released. It will be necessary to register for a new membership for each new season.
Am I able to upgrade my membership from Club Member to All-Star?
Absolutely! If you wish to upgrade your membership, please log on to your Jr. Jays Club Hub and select the ¡°Upgrade¡± button in your guardian profile, fill out the required information and you will be on your way to becoming a Jr. Jays Club All-Star.
I participated in First Pitch/Starting Lineup. Is there a way to get any photos?
If you would like to receive photos from a First Pitch or Starting Lineup, please email jrjaysclub@bluejays.com and we will send you the photos. Please allow 2 weeks after your event for photos to be sent to you.
I am missing an item or an item arrived damaged in my All-Star membership? Can you help?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email jrjaysclub@bluejays.com and provide us with proof of purchase and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to mail you a replacement item.
