Honor the life and legacy of one of MLB¡¯s all-time greats in this year¡¯s Lou Gehrig Essay Contest.
Students in 12th grade or under are highly encouraged to write essays showcasing Gehrig¡¯s perseverance, endurance, and overall impact on and off the field. Parents/legal guardians should submit their child/legal ward¡¯s essay by May 29.
The top three essay writers will be recognized at American Family Field on June 2.
