New for 2025 ¨C Season Ticket Exchange Program

Starting in 2025, Season Ticket Holders will be able to exchange a set number of games (based on their plan type) for a game of similar value. Please find additional information below regarding specifics of the Exchange Program:
How many exchanges am I allowed to make?
- Full Season Plan Holders ¨C 12 Exchanges*
- Half Season Plan Holders ¨C 6 Exchanges*
- 27 Game Plan Holders ¨C 3 Exchanges*
*Please note, an exchange is defined as any movement of tickets from one game to another regardless of number of seats.
When can I exchange my tickets?
- Exchanges will be available within a 30-day rolling window throughout the course of the season. For instance, as of March 29th, I'll be able to exchange any games through April 29th for another game within that window.
- Exchanges must be completed at least 5 days prior to the game date.
Which games can I exchange my tickets to?
- Every game has been assigned a color value. You may exchange your seats for another game with the same color value that is within the 30-day rolling window. To view the color value assigned to any given date, please click here.
- You may only exchange to games that are within your plan originally.
- Select games throughout the year will be blacked out and not eligible for exchange. Additional blackout dates may be added throughout the year.
How do I exchange my tickets?
- You'll be able to exchange your tickets online at cardinals.com/mytickets.
- Exchanges must be completed online and are not eligible for printed tickets.
Why am I only seeing the option to trade games from the first month of the season?
- Click at the top where it lists the month and select "all," and then it will show all eligible games within the 30-day rolling window.
Am I able to exchange for tickets in a different area than my season seats?
- Yes, you are able to exchange your seats for a different area. If you upgrade to a better seating location, you will be prompted to pay the difference at the season ticket rate. All other exchanges of equal or lesser value will be completed at no additional cost.
Is there a cost to exchange my season tickets?
- There is no cost to exchange your tickets unless you upgrade your seats during the exchange
What tickets are eligible to be exchanged?
- Opening Day is ineligible to exchange, along with any game during the regular season that reaches a sell-out, as well as tickets purchased outside of your season ticket plan. All other season tickets are eligible to be exchanged.
How many exchanges can I make in one transaction?
- You can only make one exchange per transaction.
Can I exchange multiple games for the same game?
- Yes you can, but you will have to complete the exchange process for each game you are exchanging.
Will I still have my Season Ticket Holder Concessions Discount after I exchange my tickets?
- Yes, your Concessions Discount will transfer.
Am I able to reverse my exchange after the transaction has been processed?
- If you made a mistake and did not mean to exchange a game, please call your account executive, and they will be able to assist.
I'm an All-Inclusive Season Ticket Holder and I can¡¯t do my exchanges online, what should I do?
- Please call or e-mail your Account Executive and they will be able to complete the exchange for you!
Anything else I should know?
- Cardinals Club and Luxury Suite tickets are not eligible for exchange program.
- Exchanges are only available for the Regular Season.
- Opening Day will not be available for exchange.
- Parking Plans are not eligible for exchange.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged more than once.
