Q: What if The 415 sells out for a specific game?
A: For any game that reaches capacity in The 415, members can redeem flex credit for Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets, subject to availability. Maximum of ten (10) tickets per game. Flex credit is redeemable for locations outside The 415 and SRO at regular price without fees.
Q: Is there a deadline to redeem 2025 flex credit?
A: Flex credit can be redeemed any time before first pitch. Tickets in The 415 are subject to availability. We encourage members to secure their preferred games in advance.
Q: If I use all of my flex credit, can I purchase more?
A: Yes. Additional flex credit may be purchased in $10 increments with a 10% processing fee.
Q: Does adding credit impact/change my membership level?
A: Yes. There are a variety of membership levels that can be achieved based on the total amount of flex credit purchased within a single season. Flex Membership is unlocked after $999 in total credit has been purchased, Pro Membership is unlocked with $1,999 of total credit purchased, Club Membership is unlocked with $4,999 of total credit purchased and Premium Membership is unlocked with $9,999 of total credit purchased. Q: When will additional flex credit that is purchased be available for use?
A: Additional credit that is purchased will be available for redemption immediately. Please allow 48 business hours for your upgraded membership level and corresponding seat access (if applicable) to register.
Q: Can I use my flex credit to purchase Special Event tickets?
A: No. To secure the item associated with a Special Event, Members have access to purchase an add-on to accompany their game ticket(s) via MySFTix. You can purchase eight (8) max, per event. Special Event add-ons cannot be purchased with flex credit.
Q: Can flex credit be redeemed for Postseason tickets?
A: No. Flex credit can be redeemed for 2025 regular season game tickets only. However, members of The 415 receive exclusive access to Postseason ticket presales (limited to Wild Card and Division Series).

Q: Can tickets secured with flex credit be forwarded to others?
A: Yes. After redemption, tickets can be forwarded to others. NOTE: Guests with forwarded tickets for The 415 can enjoy member benefits, including early entry to the ballpark, access to the Bullpen Terrace as well as specials on beverages. Forward Ticket Instructions.
Q: If I can no longer attend a game, can I exchange my tickets?
A: Yes. Members of The 415 have access to unlimited ticket exchanges. Exchanges are available up until 24 hours before game time. Tickets must be exchanged individually and cannot be combined for a higher value. Exchanges are only eligible for a game and seating category of equal or lesser ranking. Exchanges for a game and/or seating category of higher ranking will require additional charges (flex credit can be used for this incurred cost). Tickets cannot be exchanged for Postseason games or non-baseball events at Oracle Park.
Q: Are tickets secured with flex credit eligible for resale?
A: No. Tickets redeemed with flex credit are not eligible for resale. The Giants reserve the right to revoke tickets and flex credit without a refund, if this policy is violated. Professional ticket resellers or brokers are not eligible to purchase a membership to The 415. Flex credits purchased by professional ticket resellers or brokers in violation of this policy will be revoked without a refund. If you have redeemed tickets for a game you can no longer attend, we kindly ask that members utilize Ticket Exchange.
Q: Is there ADA seating available in The 415?
