Health and Safety Are Our Top Priority

loanDepot park has developed a COVID-19 readiness plan which affirms and refines standard operating procedures to provide guests, Team Members, and other personnel with a safe environment at loanDepot park. The plan adheres to guidelines as provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Major League Baseball (MLB), Miami-Dade County, City of Miami and the State of Florida.

Face Covering Policy

Event attendees should continue to stay safe and follow CDC recommendations for face coverings and other personal health measures.
Attendees will not be required to wear masks or facial coverings while attending events at loanDepot park; however, individuals are strongly encouraged to adhere to the face covering recommendations of the CDC and Miam-Dade County.

Health Screening

Guests will not be required to submit a health screen questionnaire prior to entry
Guests who begin to feel unwell or observe another guest with COVID-19 symptoms are encouraged to self-report by texting the issue and location to the Marlins COVID-19 Hotline at 305-480-4999
For the safety of all guests and Team Members, if you have or recently experienced any COVID-19 related symptoms, please stay home and notify your health care provider

Frictionless Entry

Outside Food and Beverage Policy

Personal food items will not be permitted unless due to specific dietary restrictions
One (1) single-serving food item permitted per person packaged in a clear plastic bag (fruit must be sliced)

Security Screening

Guests no longer need to empty their pockets of phones, keys, wallets, or change prior to passing through the walkthrough metal detectors unless otherwise requested

Bag Policy

Clear bags are permitted inside loanDepot park.
Bag must be clear and cannot exceed 16"x16"x8" in size. Bags must be plastic, vinyl, or PVC material.
Exceptions will be made for small clutches no larger than 6"x8" and bags for medical or infant purposes

For quicker entry:
- Ensure your phone is charged
- Access your tickets through the MLB Ballpark app in advance of arriving to loanDepot park
- Transfer tickets to the individuals in your party prior to arriving to the ballpark
- Ensure the brightness on your phone is turned up as much as possible
- Pull up your mobile ticket via the MLB Ballpark app prior to security screening
Screenshots and printed tickets will not be accepted at any entrance
If you are having difficulty accessing your tickets on your mobile device, please visit the North Ticket Office prior to approaching security screening

Why wait? Place your food and beverage order for pick-up at the concession stand of your choice. To access mobile food ordering, open the MLB Ballpark app or scan one of the dedicated QR codes posted around the ballpark to view all available options.

Retail Experience

Team Member Protocols

Any Team Member that experiences COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to stay home
Team Members are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on shift

Our cleaning and disinfection protocols continually mirror recommendations set forth by CDC, OSHA, WHO, and MLB guidelines
Surfaces and objects touched frequently will be regularly disinfected using CDC/EPA approved chemicals
Introduction of enhanced HVAC filters to promote a clean air environment
Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the ballpark at heavily trafficked areas

We have taken health and safety measures for you and other fans, guests, and employees at loanDepot park. You must follow all posted instructions while you are at loanDepot park and agree to follow all applicable federal, state, county, city and Miami Marlins directives in connection with, and in order to reduce the risk or spread of, disease or sickness (including, without limitation, COVID-19). An inherent risk of exposure to disease (including, without limitation, COVID-19) exists in any place where people are present. Some diseases (including, without limitation, COVID-19) are extremely contagious and can lead to severe illness and death. According to current advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (available at cdc.gov), senior citizens and persons with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting loanDepot park, you acknowledge and voluntarily agree to assume all risks related to exposure to disease (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and all other terms and conditions referred to on your tickets.
