A: Yes. Your prepaid parking pass will be accepted at all associated parking garages and surface lots at the ballpark.

Q: Can I choose what parking facilities I wish to park with my prepaid parking pass?

A: Parking spaces are not pre-assigned. Police and parking authorities will direct vehicles to the parking facility that best supports traffic conditions. Although not guaranteed, attendees wishing to park in a specific parking facility are encouraged to arrive early.

Q: Do I scan my pass upon arrival to the parking facilities?

A: No. loanDepot park operates in a free flow parking model whereby vehicles are credentialed by license plate; parking passes will not be scanned upon entry to the parking facilities. If you purchased parking in advance, you will need to activate your parking session and register your license plate by following these simple steps:

3. Tap ¡°Activate Today¡¯s Parking Session¡± at the bottom of the parking pass

A: Parking passes can only be activated the day of the game from 12 AM - 5 hours following First Pitch.

Q: Can I forward my parking pass?

A: Yes. Parking passes can be forwarded similar to game tickets. Parking passes can be forwarded up to 3 hours following First Pitch. The recipient of a forwarded pass must still follow the above steps to activate the parking pass the day of the game.

Q: Can I activate a parking pass for a future game?

A: No. Parking passes can only be activated the day of the game from 12 AM - 5 hours following First Pitch.

Q: When does the ability to purchase prepaid parking conclude

A: Online prepaid parking links will be deactivated 2 hours prior to First Pitch.

Q: Does loanDepot park accept prepaid parking passes from secondary ticket providers?

A: No. loanDepot park only accepts prepaid parking passes sold directly through Marlins channels. Prepaid parking passes must still be activated the day of the game following the steps listed above.

Q: Can I change my license plate after I activate a prepaid parking pass?

A: No. You will not be able to adjust your license plate once you officially activate your parking session. Please double check your license plate before submitting. The Miami Marlins and loanDepot park are unable to reverse license plate submissions.

Q: Can I activate my prepaid parking pass from my Apple Wallet?

A: No. Please utilize one of the following methods to activate your prepaid parking pass from directly within the MLB Ballpark app.

Q: If I¡¯m a Marlins Member and have parking included in my season ticket package, can I select my parking facility?

A: Marlins Members reserved parking is available in the Home Plate Garage (1502 NW 7th Street), First Base Garage (1502 NW 4th Street), and Third Base Garage (1402 NW 7th Street) up to 30 minutes before first pitch on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please display your red Marlins Member hang tag in your vehicle to assist police and parking authorities directing traffic around the perimeter of the ballpark.

Q: If I¡¯m a Marlins Member and have parking included in my season ticket package, can I exchange my parking?

A: Marlins Members can exchange their season parking passes through the exchange function on www.marlins.com/mytickets. The same blackout game restrictions apply to prepaid parking passes as they do for game tickets. Separately purchased individual game prepaid parking passes cannot be exchanged.
