Mets Connect | How to Earn

Members earn two types of points: Tier Points & Reward Points.

Tier Points dictate your status in a given year (see next tab for more details on tier benefits) – these can only go up each year!

Reward Points act as a currency that you can spend when the time is right. These will, of course, fluctuate throughout your time in the program as you earn & redeem.

Tier Points will reset on January 1st of each calendar year

Reward Points will not reset as long as you have been active within the past 365 days. Activity is defined as earning or redeeming at least 1 point.

Members will earn 5 points per $1 when scanning their digital ticket at Citi Field.

Members will earn 5 points per $1 points for F&B purchases and retail purchases at Citi Field, Citi Field Tours, and Fantasy Camp Purchases.

Additionally, members will earn other point amount for engagement with our Kids Club & Silver Sluggers programs, using Mets Entry Express to enter Citi Field, and engaging with us while watching the Mets on SNY.

We have a Game Center that members can interact with from anywhere. Members will earn points for each game they play!
