Earned first major league win on Sept. 3 vs. Pittsburgh, pitching 1.1 scoreless innings with no walks and three strikeouts... Recorded first and only hold of the season after throwing a scoreless seventh inning on September 17 at Milwaukee... Walked just two batters in final 21 appearances from July 29-October 2 (19.0 IP)...Posted a 4.91 ERA (11.0 IP, 6 ER) in his last 11 outings from Aug. 27-Oct. 2... Struck out at least one batter in 17 of 28 appearances and multiple batters in 10 games... Trevor combined to go 2-2 with six saves and a 3.86 ERA (26 ER/60.2 IP) in 39 relief appearances, primarily with Triple-A El Paso along with stops at Double-A Amarillo and Single-A Lake Elsinore...went 2-2 with a 4.47 ERA (25 ER/50.1 IP) in 32 relief outings with Triple-A El Paso... Walked 22 batters and struck out 87, good for an average of 12.9 SO per 9.0 innings, while reaching the Triple-A level for the first time in his career...On injured list from April 13-May 13 with right elbow inflammation.

2018

Trevor went 2-1 with a 3.35 ERA (14 ER/37.2 IP) in 25 relief outings, split nearly evenly between Single-A Lake Elsinore (13 games) and Double-A San Antonio (11 games)...also appeared in one game with the AZL Padres...on injured list from May 30-August 4 with a left oblique muscle strain...Struck out 42 batters and walked just eight between the three clubs...with Lake Elsinore, struck out 32 batters and walked just one in 19.2 innings.

2017

Made his season debut, June 26, as he returned from Tommy John surgery...went 5-0 with a 2.63 ERA (8 ER/27.1 IP) in 21 relief outings, posting a 0.95 WHIP...spent most of the season with Single-A Tri-City, going 3-0 with a 0.98 ERA (2 ER/18.1 IP) in 16 relief outings.

2016

Missed the entire season with a right elbow injury...underwent Tommy John surgery.

2015

In his first pro season, went 2-0 with a 3.16 ERA (11 ER/31.1 IP) in 17 relief outings between the AZL Padres and Single-A Tri-City...was 2-0 with a 2.70 ERA (6 ER/20.0 IP) in 10 outings with Tri-City.
